Yamamoto Yamamoto Junmai Ginjo Kiki Uki Uki Uki Uki Uki Uki Uki Namaigori Nama Sake
Yamamoto is recommended by my father, who is a henkotsu (a skewered fried food) shop owner in Akita.
I found a light nigori at a liquor store in Komae. It tastes fresh and spring-like!
A lot has happened, but it all happened so fast. May next year be another peaceful one. As is customary at the end of the year, I sent a bottle of Sawanoi's Kameguchi sake to an old friend, and the year is almost over.
I looked for Imanishi Shuzo, but they did not sell it, so I went to Kubohonke Shuzo, also in Nara, and found "Nama Hashiroshi no Dobu". It is a light nigori sake.
I found this sake from Imanishi Sake Brewery (Nara) at a liquor store in Komae, which Mr. H told me about. It is said to be dry, but it is fruity, full-flavored, and right on target for me! Very tasty!
