I looked for Imanishi Shuzo, but they did not sell it, so I went to Kubohonke Shuzo, also in Nara, and found "Nama Hashiroshi no Dobu". It is a light nigori sake.
I found this sake from Imanishi Sake Brewery (Nara) at a liquor store in Komae, which Mr. H told me about. It is said to be dry, but it is fruity, full-flavored, and right on target for me! Very tasty!

Kitano Ace was pushing this one, so I bought it. I have been drinking a lot of refreshing or fruity type of sake recently, so this one is a very assertive type of sake.

Found at Fukushima-ya in Ark Hills.
It has an elegant taste and a refreshing acidity. It is very good.
The focus was on the Pope.
