Summer sake, limited edition. While I was taking pictures for the sake crocodile, suddenly the sake lid opened automatically with a loud pop. I think it was due to the temperature change in the room due to the slightly carbonated nature of the sake 💦.
The sake was really tasty, even so. The sweetness is firm, and the ultra-fine carbonation gives it a refreshing aroma when it rolls around on the tongue. It was refreshing and sweet, but the micro carbonation made it refreshing and I think it may be the best of the summer.
It was great paired with bonito tataki.

This was my first time at Fudo, but it was suddenly from the limited edition summer sake, not the regular. I bought it because of the apples, but this made me want to taste the regular Fudo as well: ☺️
