So I opened a bottle of Manotsuru that I had previously purchased from a school brewery on Sado Island!
When I tasted it at the Gakko Kura, I said "Delicious! I had been saying "It's delicious!" since I tasted it when I bought it at the school warehouse, so to be able to drink it at home was... wonderful!
It is fragrant, refreshing, and crisp at the end. Very tasty! I had a glass or two to drink again...
