I opened another bottle I bought at Hokusetsu-san when I went to Sado Island and toasted. If they say it's limited to the brewery, I have no choice but to buy it!
It's so easy to drink, it's so refreshing with a gentle sweetness! The aroma is also very nice. I had it with some cheese I bought at the Hokkaido exhibition. I was told that the cheese goes well with sake, so the cheese and sake didn't fight with each other and it tastes great 🧀🍶 You can drink it very easily!
The alcohol content is 16 degrees.
