Sweet and fruity. Melon-like.
However, it is sticky-sweet, and although it is a dessert type, it somehow does not leave a rich taste in the latter half of the bottle. Although the sweetness is felt on the tongue, it does not remain by the time the drink is finished in the throat, which is strange.
Maybe it's because I've been drinking a lot of nama sake lately and prefer something fresh, but I feel a little underwhelmed. I wonder if it would be good if there was a fresh sake of this type?
