The aroma is understated ginjo aroma. The taste is elegant and refreshing with apple-like sweetness and Soft and gentle umami. The lingering finish is long, but not clingy, and I would be more than happy if this sake could stay with me forever. I bought it in a four-pack bottle, but it will be gone in no time!

The best gorgeousness I've ever had. The aroma, the sweetness, the aftertaste, everything is highly balanced and gorgeous. Deep flavor and a persistent yet rich aftertaste. I drank half of it in no time... I'll have to think about my future after drinking this one... I met a sake that I shouldn't have met (laughs). I can't explain it very well, so if you have a chance, please try it!

Intense fruity and floral aroma. Not grape or apple, but banana? Banana? A little sweet, with a faint smell of alcohol at the back. I think it is sweet, but not as sweet as the aroma, and the aftertaste is moderate. There is a sake-like umami flavor in the sweetness. The cat on the label is cute!

I bought it on impulse because it was a seasonal sake recommended at my usual liquor store, and also because it was an unusual one. The aroma is fresh but rich, like mandarin oranges, and the taste has an elegant citrusy bitterness like grapefruit, followed by the sweetness of sake, and it is very easy to drink! A well-designed sake that is not only sweet or gorgeous. Despite the cute label, it is an interesting sake with a strong sake taste. It would be good to drink it with a glass of wine at a Halloween party. But the liquor store said it would be sold out by Halloween...

This is Mimurosugi in hiragana. The previous version I got had no indication of the rice used for sake, but this one has Oumachi. Even more gorgeous aroma and elegant sweetness than "Himorosugi Hiyoroshi"! Fresh aroma like green apple! It is sweet without being unpleasant. But the sweetness is not persistent and slowly fades away. Everything tastes like it's a grade above. Definitely drink it with a glass of wine! If you don't like flamboyant sake, I think you should try Sanomorosugi. I know it's impossible, but I want to drink it all year round. It was the most impressive and surprising drink of the year! I want to buy another bottle before it runs out!

Scent is subdued, slightly sweet. The mouthfeel is gentle and smooth, but the aftertaste is quite sweet, more sweet than sour. I personally prefer it to be a little more refreshing when drunk cool in the summer.
