Memories Series 2 I wanted to use a sake cup I bought as a souvenir from Gifu, so I bought one at a nearby supermarket. I wasn't expecting much since I bought it at a supermarket, but it was a very well-balanced and easy-to-drink sake! It might be perfect for when you just want to drink sake at home!

Almost two years ago, I drank this sake while viewing cherry blossoms. I bought it at a liquor store under Corona and drank it at night while quietly watching the cherry blossoms nearby. The taste is vague because it was two years ago, but I remember that it was neither sweet nor spicy, but rather refreshing. I would like to try it again and revive my memory.

I saw your post! It goes well with yakitori. Actually, it was a long time ago that I drank it, but I got it at a yakitori restaurant too!

Birthday @ inkstone shop Went to the inkstone shop as a birthday gift to myself. I found a bottle of Yamamoto, which is the same as my family name, and immediately decided to buy it. It was made by the Yamamoto Sake Brewery in Akita, Japan, and was very inexpensive at 500 yen. It was a refreshing sake with a subtle fruity aroma!

Opening at the potpourri. This is with various brands of rice paddies. Because it's a brand (?) I got the impression that the taste was well-prepared The sake was sweet, refreshing, and gentle on the palate It might have been good with hot sake, miss.

Drinks at the hotel on a business trip to Gifu I had it with Hida water and namul from Seijo Ishii. I was told Nagaragawa was dry, but it was refreshing and pleasant to the palate. The label is cool.

Sake given to me as a thank you for driving for two days on a family trip to Aizu. Purchased on the recommendation of a father in the hotel cafeteria. This Aizu Musume seems to be made with local rice and local sake brewery, and the Haguro 7 and Haguro Mae 27 indicate the location of the rice fields. Haguro 7 (black) has a unique taste, a flavor you have never tasted before sweetness Haguromae 27 (white) was a sweet sake on the main road, as is typical of Aizu sake! I was shocked at how much the same rice and the same sake brewery can produce such different tastes. I was shocked to learn that the same rice and the same brewery can produce such different tastes. There are many other types of rice paddies, and even the same rice paddy tastes different every year. I have no choice but to buy it every year. It was a very nice taste of sake loved by the locals.

Drinking 🍶① during a potluck party at home (photo taken later) I have had a connection with muddy sake since my college days. I found the real thing when I went to Gifu and bought it without hesitation. It was so refreshing that I couldn't believe it was nigorizake. If you drink it expecting nigorizake, you may find it a little lacking. Still, it is quite easy to drink, and I enjoyed the unique taste of muddy sake. If this had been the muddy sake I was drinking at the time, I would not be posting here now after drinking it in gulps.

Gifu Souvenir (2) Sake introduced to me by a father in the sake space at the souvenir shop. What a 20 degree sake. It is very spicy. It is a little bit like shochu when it comes this far. Still, it was very easy to drink without any miscellaneous taste. If you are interested, please try it. LOL!

Soba-noodle restaurant Konbori @ Gifu (Gifu 3) I was about to quit after two drinks because I had to work the next day, but the lady who works at the restaurant recommended this sake to me! I was told that this sake was made in a brewery where the toji (master brewer) is a woman. It was very easy to drink and sweet. It also has a rich aroma. The sister's Kansai dialect? It was so cute!

Soba-noodle restaurant Konbori @ Gifu (Gifu 2) Sake from Niigata. The impression is that it is light and slightly dry. The owner recommended this sake when I ordered a dry sake. When I went there alone on a business trip, both the owner and the couple next to me talked to me and we had a nice chat! It was a very happy time 🍶.

Souvenirs of Aizu (1) Suehiro Junmai Ginjo Sweet and easy to drink sake with no peculiarities, just like Aizu sake. Looks good with sashimi, but it would also go well with meat. I missed the sake brewery tour, so I would like to go next time.

Gifu Souvenir #1 Sanzenmori (Junmai Daiginjo) We drank it while watching the World Cup vs Costa Rica. This sake is as dry and drinkable as the result of the match. It is similar to Niigata's dry sake. There was no ingredient label, but it is Junmai Daiginjo, right? LOL!
