Timeline

nitoLast month I went to Morioka City Marathon. My finisher's medal is a Nanbu Iron. Three days after I ran the race, 🐻 was out and about in the area where I ran. I was so happy to see him 😰.
This time, my Tohoku expedition was to run the marathon in Morioka and to visit Sendai, where I spent my elementary school days for the first time in decades. The house I used to live in is gone, of course, but I remembered the route I used to take to school vividly.
This sake is from a brewery that used to be near my house. It is now out of business, and another brewery has taken over the Tenjyo. I found it at a liquor store near Osaki Hachimangu Shrine, where my grandmother lives, and bought the sake I had hoped to purchase. I drank it thinking it would taste like a mellow sake, but it turned out to be a refreshing and easy-to-drink food sake. 😋😋😋😋 ポンちゃんNITO-san, it is awesome that you completed the marathon! Thanks for your hard work. Glad you didn't run into 🐻😱.
It's special to live where you lived as a child 😊Take that drink to relieve your fatigue 🍶. nitoHi Bon-chan 😃I was really surprised to see the news of the 🐻 appearance in Morioka city. 💦.
I was deeply moved by the sake from the brewery that was there when I was a child. I'm so sorry 🍶. twsonicRice polishing ratio: 60

It lacks a bit of glamour, but it is a good all-around sake.
It goes well with rich dishes. 10ZG-STQMemorandum: 52nd
At the usual restaurant.
I had it after Fukkomachi.
Originally there was Tensho Shuzo Brewery, but it was shut down after the 2011 earthquake.
However, the business was shut down due to the earthquake in 2011, and Nakayu Shuzo of Tenjo Mugen took over the brand name.
Tenjo Mugen" was taken over by Nakayu Sake Brewery.
After this, we also had the Tenjo Mugen in the picture and compared them.
It has a slightly sweet taste and is delicious.

Nakayu Sake Brewery. かっこMildly sweet, like sweet sake. After that, there's a hint of alcohol. Alcohol? It's very easy to drink. Contrary to its appearance, it may be easy to drink. 日本酒飲む男Moderate sweetness like amazake
The sweetness of fermentation is nice.
Depending on the time of day, it may feel sweet. あーちゃんTenshou] Honjozo (Japanese brewed sake) 瀧井 瞬We had this at the original Robata restaurant.
The first sip was served warm, and it was the most pleasant and relaxing experience I've ever had.
Even at room temperature, it is not that peculiar and can be enjoyed easily. 日本酒飲む男It is easy to drink without the strength peculiar to hot sake.
It is easy to drink because it is not too hot. 日本酒飲む男It's refreshing. A hint of brewed alcohol. nkkmtzkIt is heated up.
Tenshou: Warmed up lukewarm. Easy to drink. I want to drink it again.
It's easy to drink when it's lukewarm, because the nigori alcohol pungency is softened.
Denzake (rice wine): A marriage of Donko shiitake mushrooms and Ishi-chan's SAKE Journey. The soup stock makes me happy.
The whole onions are so soft and chewy! And sweet~♡!
I chose this one. I love you so much!
I love it!
I'll be back for more!
