Chilled well.
At first sip, I thought the acidity was too much for my liking....
However, when served with teriyaki chicken as a side dish, the acidity subsides and the wine has a fresh, sweet taste.
A limited edition sake. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the acidity, but it soon disappears and gradually changes.
Is the Yamahai feeling weak?
I couldn't understand the "cheese-like flavor" described on the back of the bottle as a beginner.
There are not many reviews of this sake, so I would like to know what other people think of it 🧐.
Purchased at Gero Onsen ♡♡
I was allowed to compare the drinks and this is the one I liked the best.
It has a nice sparkling taste on the first day of drinking. I like it very much because of its low acidity. ❤️
Compare with YUKI of the same brewery: ⭐︎
It comes in easily, but leaves a lingering aftertaste that is typical of Japanese sake.
I didn't like it so much...
→I was not a big fan of it...but afterwards, when served with avocado, the aftertaste was less pronounced and quite nice!
First time participating in Sake-no-wa ♡.
I'm not good at commenting on sake, but decided to start for the record.
Bought it at the supermarket on my way home from work.
It's easy to drink, with a sense of fullness and then gradual sourness. It is more like sake than fruity.
