The aroma is soft and mellow, which is typical of the crop. It seemed considerably sweeter than the others. Delicious, but I would have preferred a little less sweetness to go with sushi.
I drank it for the first time when Nabeshima was sold out and asked for a "similar strain". It was easy to drink and delicious! Of the two glasses I drank today, I think I prefer the handsome Hitakami.
It has a gorgeous aroma and is very easy to drink. I enjoyed it very much to the fullest, with the special feeling of being able to drink it only at Higashiyama Shuraku.
