Masaaki Sapporo
8 points (Wife: 8 points)
Ingredients : Yamadanishiki
Rice Polishing Ratio : Undisclosed
Alcohol content : 14
Purchased from: One of the bottles prepared by my wife's brother
Yogurt-like top with a hint of grapefruit
The same gentle aroma as on the top, the modest sweetness and soft rice flavor spread with a lactic acid-like acidity and a gaseous sensation, and it quickly finishes with a slight bitterness that rises from the mid-palate.
It has a crisp impression that goes well with meals and is also refreshingly delicious on its own.
It went well with fried chicken and surimi at Taguchi Tempura, a long-established restaurant in Motegi, which we had after New Year's Eve Soba Noodles.

Masaki Sapporo-san Happy New Year 🎍.
I see you are at Gensenkawa station 🚉Have you been back to Nagasaki?
I didn't know Taguchi Tempura Restaurant.
It's only a 10-minute drive from my parents' house, so I'll go there next time.

Happy New Year, Mr. Yoohee 🎍I'm spending the New Year's holidays at my wife's parents' house in Genshawa 😆Taguchi Tempura Restaurant is a restaurant that feels exactly like it did in the Showa era, and its characteristic sweetness is addictive fried chicken so please visit 🍗.
