It's the end of the year, so we thought we'd have a blessed drink.
I'll have a glass of Fukkai-san.
Actually, this is the first time for me to drink at home.
And yet, it's an adventure to start with nigori...

The opening of the bottle is a nice and vigorous shupo. ☺️
The mouthfeel is like lemon 🍋. This is lemon squash with a hint of nigori.
Next comes the rice🌾 flavor! At the end it has a nice sharpness. The bitterness is also a bit like lemon squash. It's perfect for today's fried food.
