Nigori sake with a juicy aspect of rice. It has a sweet and sour aftertaste with a slight effervescence, but the aroma is of rice. Like the label, this is the kind of sake you want to drink on the kotatsu while the snow is falling.
Today was the first snow in our city ❄️
It's been warm during the day recently, so... suddenly it's very cold 😨.
On such a cold day... I'm going to open a bottle of my favorite brand "Takashi no Tsukasa" Winter Akari ⛄️ 😁.
First the aroma ❗️
The lactic acid-like yogurt-like aroma is quite intriguing 🥰.
The oli is quite precipitated... so I'll just sip the supernatant first 🤤.
While it has a pichiju🫧y raw sake feel, the supernatant alone is a little dry and not too sweet 🤔.
Now for the second cup with a good stirring: ☺️
Oh 😳This one has a silky, lactic acid taste like a Fatty Pisgah Soda👍.
It has a nice sharpness and little bitterness, so it's still my favorite lol.
If Sanuki Kuraudai is like Capapis, then adding a little carbonation makes this "Fuyuakari" 😍.
I can't wait to see what kind of flavor changes I can enjoy tomorrow... ✨
Day 2🗒️
I didn't taste much 😅...
but... the pizzazz was still the same and the taste was stable 😘.
I had been wanting to drink this sake since I saw it on Instagram 🍶.
When I decided to go on a business trip to Hiroshima, I found a store where I could purchase it and bought it immediately!
The gasiness and the smooth sweetness of the lees are pleasant!
It is more refreshing than it looks, and is the kind of sake I like to drink while sitting under the kotatsu on a snowy night!
No snacks
Rice:100% Yumesansui produced in Aichi Prefecture
Rice polishing ratio: undisclosed
Strength: 15% alcohol by volume
The first new sake from Ko no Tsukasa, a slightly sparkling nigori sake.
Seasonal limited edition
Very soft sweetness spreads and fades away nicely....
It's so delicious 😆!
It is hard to believe that it has 15% alcohol!
I guess it's because they use "Kansui" which is super soft water.
It's a really beautiful nigori sake that goes down smoothly ✨.
I'm going to visit there because they also operate a fermentation café and accommodation facilities in addition to sake rice cultivation.
I'm sure I'll be back next winter. ❄️
Finally, there is a store that carries it in Fukuoka Prefecture, so I bought it.
It has a slightly gassy, soft sweet and sour taste that goes down your throat smoothly. It is quite tasty.
After a week's layering, I felt it changed to a more umami and drinkable sake.
Thank you for the sake!
Good morning, Takeshan 😊.
I just imitated everyone at sakéwa because they are enjoying the change in taste by letting it sit 😅.
The gas feeling was a little chili on my tongue👍
I'm on my fourth drink. I can drink well today. I will have it for the first time. I take a sip and it is delicious. It is said that this sake is particular about water. It is lightly cloudy, has no off-flavor, has a delicious aroma, and is dry and tight. I am satisfied. I am going home.
Purchased on the recommendation of a liquor store
Sake typical of this time of year
Full of gas!
First, as it is, then mix it.
Slightly effervescent and dry.
Soft sweetness makes it a good toast, or even a good one to enjoy with food.
Received at a seminar on heating fruity sake.

Sweet and refreshingly fruity
