As a volunteer staff member of the Japanese Sake Festival, you will receive a bottle of sake provided by one of the participating breweries per day.
I volunteered at the Spring Japanese Sake Festival and this is the sake I received at that time😇.
I would never buy a bottle of Niigata sake that is dry and drunken, but I would never buy it for myself at home 🤣.
I opened the bottle and decided to enjoy the sake since it was given to me 🤣.
As you would expect from a sake from Niigata Prefecture, a place synonymous with light and dry sake, and with a scary name like Drunken Demon Dry 😅.
The moment I took a sip, I was hit with a strong and thumping sake feeling 🤣.
Just when I thought I couldn't continue drinking it, a refreshing sweetness spread in my mouth 😀 ❓ What is this❓ What is this?
What is this❓What is this❓Where did this sweetness come from❓..................................a great change of taste appeared in my mouth😇.
Even my family, who loves sweet and savory taste, can enjoy this 😇
It is a sake that teaches us how to enjoy the taste of light and dry sake and how to enjoy the change of taste😇.

Good morning, Yasbaye 🌞It's wonderful that you can offer me a reward for volunteering 🍶I've never had a drink, of course, but I'm curious about the sweet taste from Doshin 🤤.

Good morning, Nao888!
I would like to be allowed to choose my own sake, but I'm too reserved and end up with leftovers 🤣.
But with such an interesting sake with such a different taste, it was a blessing in disguise 😇.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
It's kinda bad 🤣.
I had put up a defensive line that we are not good at Niigata's light and dry 🤣.
The sweetness from the guts is foul 😀.
