Tochigi Kenmin Kai 🍁⑧
Next we chose Hakurakusei✨🥂✨
It has a nice sweet and tasty acidity.
It's easy to drink and delicious ♡♡♡♡
Here, Mr. Mashiu arrived!
We've been waiting for you 🤗
Welcome from afar!
Now that everyone is here
We'll have another toast 😄🥂😄
The teacher (the owner)
Would you like to try some of this? and ....
I brought a bottle of gotojin!
The aroma is fresh and grassy.
But when I put it in my mouth, I got a 🔥😵💦.
I know it's not supposed to be drunk straight, but...
I can't do this 〰︎💦
(I'm sorry I don't have the vocabulary 😅)
I'll refer to Kotori's review 😉.
I can't drink it! What should I do?
I was wondering if I should go and wash it off...
Nirutaro-san said
I'll drink it myself! and he drank what the ladies poured!
Thank you very much!
You are very strong!
Tochigi Kenmin Kai Autumn Banquet 🍁⑧
Very elegant sweet flavor with a soft mouthfeel 😚 Junmai Daiginjo that goes well with food!
The second one, the master snuck it off the shelf...there is such a thing ❔ Gotozin 😳 I once visited the distillery on Mr. Ota's wanderlust trip to Nagasaki. I had a chance to taste it...it had a sweet and spicy bitter 🤪 aftertaste with Japanese tastes such as pepper and citrus fruits gradually emerging, and the aroma of plants softly lingering on the palate 😌.
Thank you KazKaz and Sashiu for coming all the way from far away to visit us 😃.
I will be attending the Tochigi Prefectural Association on November 9. Thank you for inviting me! It already feels like home. As usual, I was late getting started because I went after work. When I arrived, I was welcomed by everyone!
We started with Hakurakusei! I am grateful to be in Tochigi and to have a local Miyagi sake. The aroma was fresh and the taste had a moderate sweetness with a good umami and acidity. This, this, this! Well balanced and delicious. Great first sake 😊.
I'm going to borrow the photos taken by Tsubu-chan. I'll leave the others to you!
Jay & Nobby Good evening😄I really appreciate the warm welcome you always give me! Now I will appear saying "I'm home" (lol) Miyagi sake is still good no matter where you drink it!
Rice:Omachi (Polishing ratio 50%)
Alc: 16
This seasonal sake is only available in November.
It is made from Omachi and has an impressive pineapple-like aroma with juicy flavor.
Although it is the only sake in the Hakurakusei lineup that uses Omachi, which gives it a heavy flavor, it is light and easy to drink, making it a Hakurakusei-like food sake.

Sake rice: Kura-no-Hana

Fruity on the palate. The feeling on the nose is like that of LaFrance. It is extremely elegant and has no quirks at all. Very delicious.
It's horrible.
I am a person who always tastes the first sip by itself. I somehow sensed that the concept was that it was the ultimate food wine. Of course, I think I had a bias based on the information I got beforehand, but I never imagined that I would be able to imagine it.
I thought the taste was exactly as described in the introduction on the website. I didn't think it was melon, but I did indeed feel a melon-like, almost fruity aroma for a moment, and of course I felt the rice, and after feeling a refreshing acidity, I felt a sharpness. Overall, the sake is well-balanced, with no overpowering assertion of flavor, and seems to be well-balanced and clean.
It has successfully passed the point of whether or not it plays a supporting role, which is a point that I personally cannot miss when drinking sake during a meal. It is a sake that complements the ingredients, the meal, and the dining table, but it also has presence and character. I felt it was a really good sake.
The first thing you smell is the tangy aroma of alcohol, but the fruity flavor follows later.
There is almost no alcohol in the mouthfeel, and the taste is clean and refreshing.
The aftertaste is light and fruity rather than ricey.
