I took a sip and thought the acidity was a bit strong, It also has a nice crisp aftertaste, It is a perfect sake for a meal, We enjoyed it with grilled horse mackerel. I enjoyed it with the pickled horse mackerel and the sake. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

My favorite "Hakurakusei". My wife is an omatist. And it's a limited edition once a year. ⁉️ There is no other way but to buy it! So we went around to stores that carry it and got it. When I put it in my mouth... no glamour. Thanks for the comment! I'll add my thoughts on the second day of opening the bottle. A complete change from the quirkiness of the first day!
