Aroma is citrusy with a hint of sourness typical of a sake with sake tail.

Not as spicy as I thought it would be. The alcohol content does not seem high and it is light and easy to drink. It is well-balanced with a firm hit of bitterness afterwards 🥰.

Actually, I have never tried heating sake before.

The aroma of the finished heated sake is completely different from that of lukewarm sake, which has a fuller, more rice-like aroma.
When you drink it, it's completely different from cold sake.
It's honestly dry, but it has a gentle drinking feel. ☺️
It is a sake that can be drunk in summer with a refreshing taste.
