Tomikunishiki has a strong image of sweetness in my opinion, but this one is normal💦🤣.
It was a delicious sake that can be tasted as a normal sake.

My feelings were not good emotionally, as I wanted to drink alcohol, and I thought I was an alcoholic.

This sake is from Kasai City, next to Kato City, famous for its Yamada-Nishiki.
There is almost no top-fragrance, but it seems to have a very slight citrusy aroma.
It also has a shwashiness to it, but it is a little weak.
The taste of rice seems to be straightforward without any peculiarities.
I enjoyed the smooth taste.

I forgot to mention that I made a plum wine six months ago with Tomikunishiki (20 degrees for plum wine) and it was completely finished, so I will drink it with hot water.
When making sake with sake, you need to use half the amount of icing sugar compared to white liquor. The base sake was dry, so the sweetness was a little less, and the ume was both refreshing and mellow.

When I visited Tomikunishiki on a brewery tour at the beginning of October, Kaorin and I received this sake as a toast to the brewery's lunch 😀 I was so surprised by the crisp, dry, and beautiful taste of this sake that I bought it as a toast for my birthday.
I was so surprised by its crisp, dry and beautiful taste that I bought it for my birthday toast, but I missed the chance to drink it because Kaorin gave me a surprisingly special sake as a present 😅.
I'm going to miss the chance to drink it even more since the Gorinpic will be held soon, so I opened the bottle today😇.
I knew it, this clear taste is more than champagne 😀.
I also remembered the delicious lunch we had at the brewery and enjoyed it 😇.
Next spring, Kaorin and I will go for the lunch and toast with this celebratory bubbles 😇.
