Tomo-kichiThis is the first label I've ever tasted. I had an image of Utashiro as fruity and beautifully sharp, but this one is completely a food sake type. I was betrayed in a good way. It was delicious.

森康央I've never had a hassle with Gagakuyo before! I'll take it with high expectations 😎. I pushed up the crown and it lifted with a swoosh. It smells very refreshing and is clear and colorless. Bon appétit 😉. In the mouth, after a soft jump of acidity, a thin grape juice (Muscat type) like flavor spread out, an astringent bitterness appeared at the back of the tongue, and then the tip of the tongue was enveloped by a glossy and discreet sweetness 🤤. It's a modest taste from start to finish 😋. I feel fresh 😁.

The day after bottling, it is stored in a refrigerator at -5 degrees Celsius, which gives it a hard impression when the bottle is sealed, but the flavor opens up after opening. The aroma is like a mixture of rummy and muscat. The aroma is a mixture of coolness and sweetness. In the mouth, you can feel the gas that pops and pops. Then, there is a slight sweetness that is just on the edge of becoming watery if it is cut down further. After that, the aftertaste is crisp and clean with a stimulating sense of acidity. Personally, I feel it is the best of the season. It is light, but has an aroma, a hint of sweetness, and a light finish. The sake is light but has an aroma, a hint of sweetness, and a light sharpness that makes it easy to drink. It is exactly the delicate taste that Garakudai is aiming for. If you want to pair this with sushi, definitely sushi! Definitely!
