Year-end sushi party. It is the end of the year.
The first drink is Gagakuyo, Fuuka. I bought this one. It hasn't arrived yet, so it's a good first drink even if it's a tasting sensation.
It is low in alcohol and shuwa shuwa.
It has a smooth mouthfeel and a gentle sweetness.
It is refreshing and finishes nicely with a hint of sourness and bitterness.
It is easy to drink, tasty, can go with a meal, and is a nice sake with a sense of anticipation for the first drink.
I'm glad I bought it. I'm sure it will be gone soon.
