I've been trying to get as much "nigori-style" sake as possible in this series, and this is the best one so far 😍.
It is said to represent the scenery of Sado Island in early winter, and the beautiful Ori❄ looks exactly like dancing snow.
Slightly effervescent and fresh, fresh and juicy, light and gently sweet. A beautiful lingering taste like softly melting snow ✨.

Recently, I watched a Youtube video of Mr. Kato, the head brewer of Tenryo Cup Brewery, who brews Garakudai, and thought I'd like to try it.
As a nigori hunter, I couldn't pass it up 😎.

It has a sense of "Shupon".
The aroma is slightly fruity, though not that much.
It is slightly carbonated in the mouth.
The taste is fruity but has a bitterness.
It has a fruity taste, but it also has a bitterness, as if it were a light, dry sake.
However, because of the low alcohol content of 14.5%, it is not unpleasant to drink, and I thought it would be a good match as a mealtime drink.
Strangely enough, by the second glass, I didn't notice the bitterness as much, and the glass kept going and going💦.
I heard there will be an active nigori in December.
I have yet to see it.
I hope to take you there again when I can.

The watery mouthfeel and the way it goes down smoothly is better than any other sake I have had in the past, and I thought it was quite delicious.
It was kept outside so it was chilled to minus 5 degrees Celsius, and when it was warmed up to room temperature, there were bubbles at the bottom of the sake cup and I felt some gassiness.
I usually drink only one glass of sake for dinner, but it was too good and I drank two glasses.
It is such a delicious sake.
Juicy flavor reminiscent of pineapple with a clean and crisp finish. It is a wonderful sake that leaves a lingering nigori aftertaste and texture on the tongue.

I saw a fresh Masayo 👀 ... took it home immediately 😆 😆 Gorgeous topping with a grain-like aroma. It has a bitter sweetness and tingling sensation that lingers on the tongue when you take a sip, and it finishes with a tangy bitterness. It tastes more classical but not heavy 😋It has a spiciness and dryness that is good when paired with até 🙆Sushi, salted yakitori 🤗🤗It is a good food sake 🍶🤗.

Clear watery feeling. Slight carbonation and holo-bitter taste from the I felt there was some sweetness, but I couldn't detect any flavor.
It is not my favorite, but I think it is easy to drink.

This time I picked up my first Garakudai, a lightly cloudy sake.
I had heard that it was rather strong when opened, so I was a bit wary, but a few days had passed since I bought it and it had been chilled for a while, so I opened the bottle without any problems.
It has a modest top shelf aroma, dry sweetness, a slight bitterness, and a lingering sourness, which is typical of Garakudai.
In the mouth, there is some gasiness, but it is not as strong as it seems when the bottle is opened and may almost disappear by the next day.
As the temperature rises, the aroma becomes more pronounced and the lactic acid taste is more easily perceived.
