I paired the sushi with Gagakuyo's Narukami. It was easy to drink and delicious! ♡♡

This year's New Year's Eve was at Gagakuyo. As is typical of winter light nigori, it is sweet, fresh, and fruity, with a fizzy, fizzy, but clean taste that does not interfere with other flavors. It is basically a Calpis soda, but with a slight aroma of rice and a soft umami flavor, and the bitterness comes and goes in the latter half.

The first sake of the year of Noon was at Masayo.
It is a sake with a gentle gaseous taste and a moderate sweetness.
It is a sake that cuts cleanly.
It is an excellent food sake that can be easily matched with many kinds of osechi and has a mouthwash effect.
The label on the back of the bottle reads, "May this sake bring good fortune to those who drink it," which made it my first bottle of the new year. It is still delicious!
