Home-drinking.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma and moderate sweetness. When drunk chilled, the acidity predominates over the sweetness, and as the temperature rises, the sweetness expands.
Our Sake Camp night at Hanazono Jun's.
This is a very popular brand of Niigata sake following Abe.
Although not as big as Abe, Tenryo Hai Sake Brewery's booth at the Niigata Sake no Jin is also very prosperous.
I try to go through the Abe Gagakuyo every time and drink outside.
But I guess I was having a lot of fun, and I don't remember the taste of this at all. (LOL)
The only thing I can say is that it was definitely delicious!

Rustic, slightly nutty aftertaste
Impression Fresh fruity
A fruity aroma that is not that strong but hard to identify. It is rummy.
The taste is light-bodied with a slight carbonation. The acidity is clean and refreshing.
Repeat Score 2.5
Very tasty!
Good rice sweetness and freshness.
The drinkability, which is typical of low-alcoholic beers, makes it easy to go on, but be careful, as it is 12.5%.
Spring-like Gagakuyo.
The image on the label and the taste match perfectly.
Refreshing mouthfeel and gorgeous aroma.
The acidity is pleasant and passes through.
There is no bitterness, and it finishes with a beautiful taste.
It's not quite spring yet, though,
but this sake will definitely make you feel like spring.
