Water. Unnatural alcohol taste as it passes down the throat. Some acidity if I may say so.
As the temperature range rises, umami and a slightly stronger bitterness finally appear, but there is almost no sweetness. There is almost no ginjo aroma.
It is a summer sake, so it is light and pleasant to drink.

I have never seen this before.
Like Ryoseki, this bottle has a black label.
This is the fourth time I've seen Matsunohisu at the restaurant!
Different sub-brand every time!
This one seems to be a new product.
It tastes a little sweeter than Ryoseki!
We started off with a Junmai Ginjo comparison: ▶️
There is also a sake called "HADE na MATSUKOTO *Our ratio

I still had yesterday's meal ticket left, so I came here again today 😅 a standing bar in Namba Takashimaya.
The first drink was Matsu no Kotobuki summer sake.
It's refreshingly sweet and goes very well.
The label also looks nice and pop!
Matsu-no-Kotobuki is a summer sake version of Matsui Shuzo's "Matsu no Kotobuki". A great label that old guys and geeks won't be able to resist buying 😌 The label was produced by the proprietress of the brewery. (I even got a tip that the proprietress is coming to our neighborhood liquor store ᴡ)
The taste and the label are both summer! Anyway, it tasted like summer! It was dry, which wasn't my favorite...
Mild fragrance. Faint vanilla essence, banana flavoring.
Contains and surprisingly not sweet. Banana apple.
Calm flavor and acidity.
Clear drinking and sharpness.
Good with meals.
