When drunk at room temperature, it has a bold, dry taste.
When it is cooled down, it becomes a little lighter than room temperature and has a soft taste that loosens up softly.
Dry taste
Green apple aroma spreads and gives a gorgeous impression without being too sweet. When you swallow it, there is a slightly astringent and sour taste, and the impression is that the astringent taste remains.
This is the sake I drank at the end of the year.
I had the impression that 爛漫 was the sake that my grandfather used to drink from a paper packet.
However, recently they seem to be making a seasonal sake like nama-zake. It seems to be hard to find in Akita, where the brewery is located, but I happened to find it at a supermarket, so I bought it.
It has the characteristic tangy, sweet, and fruity taste of nama-shu, but with a crisp aftertaste.
This flavor should not be underestimated.

The year is almost over. It's time to finish drinking. Although I have not been able to post much, I have received many brands this year. In general, I think there were many brands that were a hit with me personally.
Today, I would like to introduce my first brand, "Blazing Man. I had never heard much about it, so I was a bit adventurous in buying it, but it was a winner. It is easy to drink! You can drink it by itself. It was good with anything.
I am still looking forward to trying new brands.
This may be my last post for this year, so I wish everyone a good end and beginning of drinking.
