Preference 75%. Color Light brown Nose: At first, you can smell a little maturing aroma from the nose, but the aroma becomes quite strong and assertive on the palate. Taste: Sweet on the palate, with a slight bitterness and sourness as the mouth aroma becomes stronger and more assertive. The alcohol is not harsh, but it is thick and rich. Overall impression: It is not suitable for drinking alone, but as a food sake, I think it goes well with a wide range of food. At any rate, it goes well with sashimi. It may be too much for light white fish.

This is the first time I've ever had a "blazing man" sake. The sake rice is called Hyakuden, which is a recently developed rice (🌾), and this is also a first for me. The initial aroma is slightly sweet. In the mouth, it has a slight umami of rice with a slight spiciness that finishes off the taste. Slightly spicy. Delicious!

Souvenir from my brother who came to Akita prefecture to play with a camper ( ^ω^ ) He bought it because he liked the naming of it. As you could imagine from the brand name and the label, the aroma is distinctive. From the aroma alone, I could tell that it was dry and had a high sake content. The taste is dry and very sharp. Akita Prefecture has a lot of really good sake!

Canned Comparison of "Ichihodzumi" and "Momota" Junmai Sake Cultivated in the Company's Own Rice Fields. Ichihodzumi is so light that it is hard to believe it is an Akita sake. It is very light. Is it more of the mother's Koshi-tanrei gene? On the other hand, Momota is a gorgeous sake with an assertive aroma, with both parents using Yamada-Nishiki. They are completely different types of the same brand.
