This sake was given to me as a reward for volunteering at the Japanese Sake Festival.
I was a little happy to receive this sake because it reminded me of my wife, Kaorin 😇.
I tasted it at the Japanese Sake Festival and Kaorin and I both loved the aroma of it 😀.
We felt lucky to receive this sake as a reward 😇.
This aroma is not a fruit but a flower...the pink label reminds me of cherry blossoms, but it's not cherry blossoms, but it's a nice aroma 😀.
I thought it was sweet and tasty on the palate... but then came the tight and dry strength, which was a surprise. ‼️
It was the complete opposite of the Koshino Oni we had earlier, sweet and umami, and then boom, strength 🤣.
Sake is really a wonderful and tasty drink with many surprises 😇

Calpis type of lactic acidity with a mild aroma 😆.
The mouthfeel is light, with a delicious and full-bodied sweetness 💕.
It tastes exactly like calpis, and when mixed with carbonated water, it's almost like a calpis soda 🫧(lol)
It has a strong flavor in the base and is very drinkable🎶.
I recommend drinking it with carbonated soda most ✨.

I was annoyed by the heated sake corner with all the heated sake in the middle of the hot weather!
Junmai Sake Moein
Very light and mildly delicious!
Slightly acidic, herbal and refreshing.
It becomes much sweeter when heated.
Junmai sake for summer
Very light on the palate, but full of flavor.
Slightly acidic when heated.
Honjozo Shiboritate Kura-oi
High in alcohol content with a thickening effect.
The sweetness comes out quite well when heated, but as expected, it's a bit rich.

Now it is summer.
It has the gorgeousness typical of Akita sake and a firm aftertaste.

Akita Meikozo Co., Ltd. is located in Yuzawa City. There are two breweries: the "Ontake Brewery," which uses handmade brewing methods inherited from long-established traditional techniques, and the modern "Ogatsu Brewery," which reflects traditional techniques in its machinery and equipment, and uses computerized management to save labor.

Aroma, richness, and flavor. I think this is the same impression I had when I tasted it at the Keihan Department Store earlier. I forgot to read "Tamakine" in the name.
The brand name "爛漫" was chosen by the public at the time of the establishment of the company.
The name "爛漫" is often confused with "燦爛" by Tochigi Prefecture's Sotaike Shuzo.

Akita Meikozo in Yuzawa City
Akita's major sake brewing company along with Takashimizu in Akita, which also runs commercials in the Tohoku region.
In the past, Sayuri Yoshinaga and Hiromi Tanigawa appeared in their commercials as image characters.
I bought a bottle of their Hakuman no Hyakudasake at Yamaya before and it was delicious, so my expectations for this sake are high just because it's called "Hakuman no Hyakudasake" 😆.
It seems to read "Tamakine" in Japanese.
The series using rice grown in their own rice paddies is called "Kannoin" (環稲).
According to the official website, besides Momota, they also have Ippozumi in their lineup!

So far, I’m a bit disappointed with Ranman. The three that I tried tonight all have been “low impact”.
