Highly aromatic, with a hint of sweetness from the rice.
Gusto and impact, but also a clean aftertaste with no cloying taste, leaving a lingering aftertaste.
It was given to me by someone at work who is from Akita😁.
When I looked it up, I found out that it won the Gold Award for Best Sake in a Glass 2020.
The aroma is a beautiful ginjo aroma. I'm not very good with my nose, but I can tell that it's a very fragrant sake.
It's a delicious sake with a light, dry taste as expected, but the sweetness of the rice can still be felt.
It's a one-pot bottle, so it went fast.
Thank you for your time.
