As soon as I got back from my trip to Kiso on the 1st, I went on a business trip and ate out a lot, so I did not eat at home for a long time. My wife boiled and froze the corn "Megumi" at my classmate's place. Finally, I could eat it. It was still sweet 😋. Paired it with Nakanori's Kazakoshi Aorashi that I bought in Kiso. This is a fire-roasted version almost identical to the one we enjoyed at the sake brewery! It has umami and sweetness, but it's light, not heavy. A little citrusy acidity, but not too sour. It's a little citrusy and sour, but not too acidic. Delicious 🥰. I also bought 4 oyaki, but my wife ate all of them 😭
