Nakazen Sake Brewery Nakanori-san, Fuetsu Seiarashi Junmai Ginjo, in-house cultivated rice Yamae Nishiki, served cold.
Brilliant & refreshing aftertaste.
Umami & acidity spreading on the palate.
It is a well-balanced sake.
This time it is Yamae Nishiki, but Miyamanishiki is also available. I would like to try it once.
Hello, Ponchan-san. It is called "Nakanori-san Junmai Ginjo Contract Cultivated Rice Miyamanishiki" and has a white label with Nakanori-san written in gold. Please try it if you see it.
👘
Ingredients: Rice (Nagano Prefecture), Rice Koji (Nagano Prefecture)
Alcohol content: 16%.
I found out after researching the deadlift I do at the gym that this time last year I weighed 52.5kg, but now I weigh 65kg🫢I guess if you work at it hard you can become a strong person.
Today's sake is Nakanori from the hanpukai. It is one of the sakes I came to know and love from the hanpukai. It has a nice balance of sweet and tasty, and it's not too assertive, so I can drink more and more of it. I guess I was a little under-hydrated after the gym and I could feel the first sip soaking into my stomach walls. Good kids, don't copy 😅.
Good morning, Ane! 🙋
Nakanori, that looks delicious 👍.
The label has dignity.
Deadlift, that's great!
As we get older, we lose muscle in our hips, so continuity is important! 😁😁
Ane, good evening 🌛.
The best thing about going to the gym is breaking records and feeling like you're growing compared to past results 🥰 Let's believe in our growth and keep on drinking ✨.
The "Nakanori-san" from the hanpukai was delicious 😋.
Tomoyuki Kumagai, good morning 😁.
I'm still trying to find out why it's a dancing label 😅.
I started deadlifting 8 or 9 years ago, I started with 30kg then. Wow, double 👀.
Good morning, Gyve 😌.
I originally started going there for rehabilitation of my bicycle accident, but before I knew it, it turned into a muscle training program😅my stiff joints are much better now.
Nakanori, that was delicious 😋.
Nagano Marathon Expedition & Sake Brewery Tour.
On the first day, we drank sake at the brewery openings of Nanasho and Nakanori in Kiso Fukushima, and then went to Nagano on the same day to run the Nagano Marathon on the second day. I ran the Nagano Marathon on the second day.
I managed to finish the marathon in a shambles.
On the third day, I stopped by Okazaki Sake Brewery in Ueda, drank sake at Shinshu Kurado, and returned to Aichi.
The sake I uploaded is from Nakanori, which I bought at the brewery opening, and is a mixture of junmai blame. The blamed sake has a bit of a tangy taste, which can make it difficult to like or dislike. It is an interesting sake. 😋😋😋😋
Good evening, nito-san!
It's great that you are always active in drinking before and after the marathon 😲.
And congratulations on finishing the Nagano Marathon 🎉!
It's great that you finished the marathon 🏃.
I've only seen Nakanori-san at Sakewa, so I'd like to have a drink 😋.
Good evening, ma-ki-.
The marathon was a bit of a near miss as I crossed the finish line 40 seconds before the time limit💦.
Nakanori-san's brewery opening was interesting. We danced the Kiso-bushi at the end. 😀
Hi NITO 😃
I am so glad to hear that you are doing well in the marathon! You are as always a master of the flow of finishing a marathon and doing sake activities the next day as well 🤗.
A 4-day weekend is not Golden Week! It's going to be hard for me to work my normal 5-day weekend! I wish they would at least start calling it Golden from 5 consecutive holidays. I wish the media would try to keep their expressions in line with the times. Pumphump😡.
Nakanori. The label looks like a Bon Odori, but it arrived so I'm going to drink it.
Last year's was good, but this year's is good too, fruity but not sticky.
It's important not to be sticky, isn't it?
On Children's Day, my daughters went out, so I went to Yamaoka by myself. I made my debut with special miso and back fat, but I think I am too old to try the normal miso with garlic and spicy miso. Chashu pork and butter are for special occasions, right?
Manachie-san Good morning, Yamaoka-ya was crowded with families during GW, but since I was alone, I was able to get in at the counter first. I tried the back fat and decided not to try it.
Hello Nochi ^_^
Compared to myself who work all 3.4.5.6 in May, even 4 consecutive holidays are better than none 🤣.
I hope you have a good time at Yamaoka during the holidays👍.
Personally, I would change the back fat 😁.
Good morning, Mr. Nochi!
I just got my first three-day weekend since joining the company, so it's a definite GW for me 🤣.
I also had the "Nakanori-san" from the hanpukai and it was my favorite flavor 🥰.
Special miso chashu pork + butter is the devil's combo ✨
Hello Manta 😃 my apologies. I didn't appreciate enough that there are people working on their days off. But I love vacations.
I respect you for being able to eat back fat 🫡.
Hello Mr. Jive, here's another person who can't get a break! Thank you for your work! Mahjong is tough without rest, isn't it? I'm glad you and Nakanori and Butter were able to make it!
Kadoya Sake Shop March Hanpukai Sake
A clear and gorgeous ginjo aroma reminiscent of apples.
The clear, smooth mouthfeel is followed by a hint of gas and juicy rice sweetness and umami, like biting into a fresh fruit, and finishes lightly with a lingering acidity.
This and the Shichibonspear were outstanding in this year's hanpukai!
Sweet, fruity and delicious!
The mellow fruity taste makes it a good match with food. It goes well with citrus fruits, but can also be drunk on its own.
Kurihara (Kyoto and Osaka)
A faint, subtle candy aroma. Clean and light.
Mmmm...
Shinshu Kiso-cho Spring Brewery Opening on 4/19.
KURIHARA is named after the founder, Mr. Kurihara.
Tasting sake while listening to the toji, who is like a comical storyteller, talk about his experiences is a special experience.
The lovely label was painted by the toji's wife.
According to the liquor store, this sake was taken off the menu at the corner store because it would definitely spill when opened and it would take too much time.
If we accidentally knocked it over in the refrigerator, it would sizzle before we could open it... It was dangerous, so we put it in the freezer to quickly freeze it (?) and opened the bottle. No problem.
The aroma was not so strong...a hint of sourness? Sweet and sour.
When you take a sip, it's softer! And the sourness spreads more tightly than normal sourness. It's more like a "squeak"...like your tongue and throat are squeaking?
Is this the origin of "sunki"?
Sunki is a traditional pickle in the Kiso region, made from lactic acid fermented red turnips.
I expected it to have a more habitual taste, but it did not. It was a delicious sparkling wine with just the right amount of sweet and sour, and the acidity, which was a little different from the others, helped me to go on drinking it with gusto.
Somewhere I read that it resembled a certain 🐸, but I have never met a 🐸, so I don't know. But I am sure it was delicious!
Nakanori-san Special Junmai
Well-balanced junmai sake. Slight bitterness. Clean and refreshing.
Better served cold than heated.
The taste is a little weak, but in a sense, it is a sake for a mealtime drink because it is so unassertive.
Although it is labeled Junmai Ginjo, it is said to have a rice polishing ratio close to that of Daiginjo.
The taste is full of the delicious flavor of rice.
It is a sake that I would like to encounter again!
