As soon as I got back from my trip to Kiso on the 1st, I went on a business trip and ate out a lot, so I did not eat at home for a long time.
My wife boiled and froze the corn "Megumi" at my classmate's place.
Finally, I could eat it. It was still sweet 😋.
Paired it with Nakanori's Kazakoshi Aorashi that I bought in Kiso.
This is a fire-roasted version almost identical to the one we enjoyed at the sake brewery!
It has umami and sweetness, but it's light, not heavy.
A little citrusy acidity, but not too sour.
It's a little citrusy and sour, but not too acidic.
Delicious 🥰.
I also bought 4 oyaki, but my wife ate all of them 😭
Nakanori and Misuzu from Shinshu Jizake Hanpukai we drank last week: ‼️
I've been slacking on posting 🤣.
Well, both are delicious as Shinshu sake should be 😋.
💃🏿
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice koji (domestic)
Rice used: 100% Yamae-Nishiki
I drink 2 cups on Monday and 2 cups on Wednesday.
My stupid tongue that can't feel that much change is sad 🙂↕️ It starts out sweet and slightly carbonated and ends with a slight bitterness. It is very easy to drink.
I drink it with food on Mondays and by itself on Wednesdays. It goes well with both 😁.
However,
I drink it when I'm thirsty, so I think to myself that I shouldn't take the first sip in a big gulp 😅What do you mean by "enjoy"?
To Kiso with high school classmates (4)
After dinner at the pension, we had a party in another room.
The other guests canceled their reservations and we had the place to ourselves 🤣.
(The pensioner made soup with corn from my classmate's house, which was also delicious)
At Nakazen Sake Brewery, my classmate who was a driver and couldn't taste the sake opened a bottle of Fuetsu Aoarashi that he bought there because he was sorry he couldn't drink it!
This is the one I liked at the tasting!
It tastes like rice, but sweet and sour.
A little apricot taste, aroma?
I drank too much from morning till night, including some I didn't upload.
But until a few minutes ago, I never imagined myself hanging out with my high school classmates like this!
Finally, at night, there were so many stars, I've never seen so many stars in the sky ✨.
Good morning, Takashi 😊I'm glad you had a good time with your high school classmates, exchanging sake cups 😆♪ Youth 🤣.
I was worried about the typhoon 🌀, but it was free or reserved 👍I want to see the wonderful starry sky✨.
Thank you very much, Tsubu!
Truly, depending on how you look at it, I am more youthful than I was in high school🤣.
I am grateful for such friends and environment!
To Kiso with high school classmates (2)
Eight classmates, some of them drivers, not all of them drink, but we decided to go for it.
After lunch, we went to Nakanori and Zenkichi's Nakazen Sake Brewery in the pouring rain!
They told us that they have not given tours of the brewery since Corona, and that they were a bit short-staffed.
We tasted three kinds of sake in the beautiful store.
Fuetsu Seiarashi Junmai Ginjo Nama Genjyo
Nakanori-san Miyamanishiki Junmai Ginjo
Nakanori-san Junmai Daiginjo
We were told that if we ordered a set, we would get a better price if we added the Junmai Daiginjo to the set 😄.
The Junmai Daiginjo is a beautiful sake. The Junmai Daiginjo is a beautiful sake, clear, easy to drink, and delicious.
Everything was delicious! Personally, I also like the Fuetsu Seiran with sweet and sour taste 😋.
To Kiso with high school classmates (1)
One of my high school classmates lives in Kaida Kogen, Nagano, so we went to visit him on Saturday and Sunday. Total of 8 people.
We were worried about the typhoon, but we managed to leave!
We were divided into a train group and a car group, and the train group had various cups of sake and started drinking in the morning.
We took the "Azusa" train from Hachioji to Shiojiri,
On the train, we had a cup of sake from Nakanori-san for today's preview.
Tasteful, but not too sweet and clear.
Sake-like 😋.
Then we met up with the car group and had too much soba for lunch 🤣.
Good evening, Takashi 😃.
We are good friends and classmates 🤗We are also train group 🚃 if we are going to go, we are the type of people who do a good preparation 🍶😆.
Shinshu secret sake hanpukai - 8th bottle
The umami has a weak bitterness that is followed by acidity.
The bitterness lingers in the aftertaste.
This sake also becomes gentler after a little time than right after opening the bottle, so you can keep drinking it somehow.
Not Mr. Nakanori, but apparently Mr. Nakanori.
The aroma is mellow, like a cross between grapes and yogurt.
There is some bitterness in the mid-palate, but it has a good pull, so it is easy to drink.
Good with food.
I bought this wine after liking it in a drinking contest at a previous visit to Nakazen Sake Brewery.
For a family dinner
Sake rice is Yamae Nishiki.
The aroma is cool and refreshing, with a hint of green apple.
The sake is easy to drink with a slightly thickened, yet refreshing taste, with a hint of sourness and sweetness.
The second half has bitterness and a yogurt-like richness that makes you want to keep drinking it.
Alcoholic feeling that comes after it goes down your throat
I thought it would be too much after drinking Beau Michel, which is a low-alcohol beer, but it was perfectly fine!
Therefore, do not drink too much 🚫.
Kurumafu, nice to meet you😃Nakanori-san looked so delicious, please excuse my comment. I only had experience with Nakanori-san sparkling, but I think I like this one a lot too. I'll get it when I come across it: ❣️
Seishun 18 Ticket Travel Nagano Prefecture Kiso Fukushima
We got three different kinds of drinks from the direct sales store.
(1) Kaze Koshi Aoarashi Junmai Ginjo Namaisouzou Sake
It has a mellow and smooth taste with a clean aftertaste. The bitterness tightens it up at the end. The fruity aroma is pleasant through the nose.
(2) Kaze Koshi Seiarashi Junmai Ginjyo Nama Genjozo
This is a 1) pure sake. It is thick and rich, with a slight yogurtiness and a strong fruity, sweet and sour taste.
It was very easy to drink and did not have a strong alcohol taste.
A pleasant summer saké!
Junmai Daiginjo
As expected from such a polished sake, the silky texture on the tongue is exceptional. The melon aroma permeates throughout. It has a strong alcohol taste.
We wanted to visit Nanasho, but it was pouring and we had to leave. ⛈️
Thank you very much to the waiter who drove us to the station.
Kurumafu, sorry for the sudden comment.
Actually, I'm planning to visit Nakazen Sake Brewery on my next trip to Kiso Fukushima, but is it possible to take a normal tour? It looks like they don't do it on their website. If it doesn't rain, can I go to Nanasho and two other breweries?
Thanks for your comment, Takashi. I just wanted to visit the direct sales store this time, so I don't know about the tour. I apologize for not being able to answer your question.
If you take the train, you can go to the two breweries. Both are within walking distance......and the comparison of drinks was great, so please enjoy your visit!
Hello, kurumafu-san 🐦.
Kiso Fukushima must have been a long way! It's a long way to Kiso Fukushima, and there's no train like the Shinkansen 💦The sake tasting looks delicious, so it was worth the trip 😊.
Nanasho-san also has some limited items for tasting, so we'll see you next time!
Hello, Pon-chan!
The train on Kisoji was indeed a long way 💦.
But this is also the best part of going by Seishun 18 ticket!
Next time, I'll be sure to visit Nanasho-san: ......
I found this sake at the first liquor store I visited on a recent expedition to Nagano Prefecture.
The label sticker said "Fuki" in red, so I thought, hmm? What is this? The hijirizumu? I thought, and bought it.
I thought it would take a long time to open the bottle, so I was right to prepare a ball.
The bottle overflowed with such force that it looked like a whale spouting. Please refer to the photo.
The taste was as I had expected, and it was in the same category as the hijirizumu.
It is not as sweet as hijirizumu, but it is moderately sweet and tasty.
The gasiness can be described as "Wilkinson" lol.
There are still a lot of sake in the world that we don't know about.
☆☆☆☆☆
Low-Al 13 degrees.
It's a refreshingly sweet taste, my favorite of the low alcohol sweet kind!
It's delicious and can be used as an in-between meal.
