I wanted to have a drink when I saw it, so I went to the liquor store right away...
A week has passed since then...
I drank the leftover sake and found a pineapple.
I'm going to be addicted to the taste change after I finish it.
Yesterday, I went to a liquor store I've never met before and picked up a bottle ✨.
Stable smell of Shikishima 😋!
The taste is chili, a little sour, umami, and goes down smoothly.
It's delicious 🤤.
I want to grow and drink it slowly and carefully 🍶.
By the way, a small story 🍶.
I saw on Instagram that the brewery sold out the day after I heard they started selling it, so I went to the liquor store I wanted to go to anyway.
The owner? He was kind, polite and very nice. ☺️
Shikishima after a long time ✨
Spring? It is a fire-brewed version of the light nigori that impressed me when I drank it in the spring.
It has a mild aroma, a firm umami flavor, and a smoky aroma that goes through the nose and finishes crisp and dry 😋.
We also had it lukewarm. The aroma stands out and the sharpness is great💕.
I think it might be my personal top ranking of light nigori 💕. 🤔
It is a taste like no other 😊.

Sake brought by Kanazawa residents at yesterday's gamer drinking party.
Oeyama brewed by Shikishima, my hometown.
The one they brought because they got it as a return gift from a Kurafan.
This was the last time I drank it, so to tell you the truth, I've already forgotten what it tasted like (see below).
I remember drinking it and thinking how easy it was to drink and how I couldn't stop, so I guess it was good.

I drank too much yesterday and was groggy all day today.
I haven't counted, but from morning to night I drank a total of at least 5 cups of sake.
I was going to go sightseeing for the day, but I didn't feel like eating anything, so I came back early 🫠.
