pigeon I am Jun Natsukawa ❤️ I don't particularly like Jun Natsukawa, but if you write Jun Natsukawa, Jun Natsukawa will naturally come up 🤣. It has a nice, mild yet refreshing apple aroma 🍎. From the first sip, the soft rice flavor spreads to the palate, and then it is cued up with a green apple-like acidity and a slightly stronger bitterness 😉. Something about this kewl makes me feel like an adolescent 🤣. As expected from Jun Natsukawa👍 If you drink this while eating bonito with garlic, the sour and bitter accents work really well 🐟. The seasonal sardines are simmered with ginger to accentuate their tenderness and deliciousness 🐟. It really brings out the best in the dish 🎵. It is better to drink it with a sake cup than a thin glass or a wine glass. ‼️ I'm even more satisfied because the one I drank the other day was less like Hatochan: ☺️

At the meeting to enjoy Hato Masamune held at Takumi-san in Saitama-shintoshin. I failed to take a picture. This sake is made from "Gin-Karasu-boshi," Aomori Prefecture's preferred rice for sake brewing. Gin-Karasu-boshi was bred to be grown in the southern part of the prefecture, mainly in the Hachinohe-Towada area, where there is a lot of cold damage. It has a robust but dry and refreshing aftertaste. It goes very well with KAKUNI (stewed pork cubes).

The scent is sugar and grain type scent. It may be a rare aroma for Dove? The mouthfeel is dry and sweet. There is sweetness, but the mouthfeel is dry. It is a little sweet and spicy rather than tasty and dry! The overall graininess is probably due to unsold out 🤣It's drinkable, but it's not like Hatochan. ‼️ The next Kanji Hatochan is Jun Natsukawa 👙. Wrong, is it Natsu Jun?
