This is the first time for me to drink Hato!
Golden color when poured into a glass.
Smell is like thin honey 🐝I can say it is a thick sugar water... 😁It also smells a little like alcohol.
In the mouth, you feel a sweet honey-like sweetness at first, but the basic taste is clean and refreshing
Then it suddenly develops! The spiciness comes in with a bang 😳It seems to be made with white malted rice and has a strong sourness to it

This is my first time drinking 🐦. The aroma is not very perceptible and the sweetness is the weakest.
It has a strong umami, and it is probably best as a mid-meal sake because it finishes well. ☺️ bitterness is also felt along with the sharpness. It got better as the days went by. I like this one too 😚.
