The second bottle of Fight Taiwan was a Junmai Daiginjo from Hato Masamune.
The aroma is apple-like, but comparatively rich and sweet.
The taste is definitely full, sweet and umami, and unlike Kirakucho's refreshing taste, it is very drinkable.
The acidity is not very strong and not of the sweet and sour type, but the balance with the sweetness is just right, and it is easy to drink with a clean aftertaste.
It is normally a sweet and tasty sake.
However, there are a few hints of pickles and sourness in the taste.
It's best to drink it while it's still fresh.

I was attracted by this cool bottle and purchased it.
First, let's open the bottle. The back of the bottle said to be careful when opening the bottle, but it had been a long time since I had opened a bottle so violently. It took more than 5 minutes.
Naturally, the supernatant was undrinkable. However, there was still some oriel at the bottom, so we poured it in quietly. In a word, it is an adult's Ramune. It has a sour and bitter taste from the shwash.
The taste does not change much because it is already mixed with the rice. However, the flavor of the rice is emphasized and it is very drinkable. The shwashuwa makes it go down your throat.
It is not so easy to drink in the lingering summer heat.

Hato Masamune Natsujun" 🐦 is an Aomori sake that was selected for the three dry sake drinking comparison.
First, we compared the sake and took a sip...it was fruity and mellow! I found it to be the least peculiar, but when I drank it with food, its presence remained the same...! Is it the unique flavor of special junmai sake? I'm not sure 😋.
I drink Hato Masamune's HANABI every year! The aroma is apple and rice! The aroma is of apples and rice! The sweetness and slight bubbles when you drink it! I drink it every year at barbecues and love the way it doesn't lose to the meat (lol).

This is Hato Masamune🕊s Junmai Ginjo Gin Karasu.
It is the same sake rice as White Hato, but this one does not say that it was made by Toji Sato Ki.
The aroma on the nose is slightly sweet.
In the mouth, it has a mild umami and a moderate sweetness that is typical of Ginrauboshi.
This one has a much more subdued flavor than the white pigeon due to the fact that it is fire-aged.

I have never had Hato Masamune because I drink only Tazake and Hachisen in Aomori, so I chose it this time when I saw a new label with a nigori color. Next time, I would like to try Hato Masamune with kanji characters or HANABI!
Today is Nagaoka Fireworks, so I had a sake associated with fireworks. It has a nice aroma and a yogurt-like taste. It has a lingering umami taste that lingers in the mouth, so it is a sake that truly embodies fireworks.
