Sweet grape-like topping
The same fruity aroma, soft rice flavor, and plump sweetness as the topping spreads with citrus-like acidity, and then quickly recedes with a lingering sweetness and rice flavor.
The sweet and sour impression is more like a sweet white wine than a sake. It is more of a dessert sake to be drunk by itself than a food sake.
It was nice to talk to the president's wife, who is the mother of Toji Mori and the proprietress of the brewery, about many things.
Masaaki Sapporo-san Hello!
I see you went to the brewery of Hiran. ❗️ I like it.
I'm from Nagasaki, but I've never been to Hirado... I'd love to drink some sake from the brewery next time I'm back.
Complex aroma of plum syrup, muscat, grapefruit and herbs.
Smooth and dense. Very sweet, sweet and sour.
The deep sweetness, like that of a noble sake, lingers for a long time, but it is refreshing and the sweetness never builds up.
Serve with sashimi konnyaku with vinegared miso, yose-tofu, and boiled hairy crab.
Today's drink of the day is to open this bottle 💁.
It is FIRAND Yumemeishu from Nagasaki Prefecture.
I drank it chilled and it was quite dry and very tasty as a food sake. It became milder after it became lukewarm after some time and was very tasty 😋.
Today's fireworks display 🎆 in Ashikaga City, Tochigi Prefecture
My daughter Tsubumi wore a yukata 👘 and went out with her friends
She went out with her friends in a yukata👘, but it must be very hot.
It must be very hot 🥵.
My friend's dad said he would pick us up on the way home 🚙, so I'll take his word for it and we'll start drinking early 😁.
Sake from the brewery in Hiran
It's "FIRAND" ❣️
White wine...or rather white grape juice ⁉️
It's sweet and acidic with a hint of sweetness.
Very fruity💕
No bitterness at all❣️
This is delicious😍!
It's also 9% alcohol and you can drink it in gulps 😋.
This is a dessert drink 😊
I've had a similar tasting drink before.
I've had a similar tasting drink before.
I wonder what it was 🤔
I keep thinking about it.
I can't remember 🤣.
Good evening, Tsubu-chan! (^○^)
Is it a white wine & sparkling from Hiran?
Oh, I'd love to drink it!
Is it like Shinsei or Sansho~?
Is it a delicious taste that makes you full of happiness (lol)?
Good evening, Mr. Kumagai🌙
This is not sparkling!
It's a sweet white wine 😋.
I took a sip and thought it was delicious 〰︎😍❣️
Yes, I'm full of ♡♡♡ happiness💕.
It might be too sweet for those who don't like sweet 🤭.
Good evening, Tsubu-chan. The bottle and label look like wine! I envy Tsubu-chan's family for their delicious looking sake! I guess young people enjoy fireworks and festivals, while adults enjoy sake! I guess it's all about the fireworks and festivals! My son will be at the Miyamatsuri tomorrow lol!
Hello Nanoha😄
This doesn't look like a bottle of sake 😄.
I couldn't even imagine what it tasted like, but it was sweet and sour 😋💕.
I don't care how hot it is for young people! Nanoha's place is the Miya Festival 😊🎶.
Good morning, Yukachin! ☀️ That's right, ❣️ is a bit expected 🤭The bottle is not sake but wine 🍷😄The label of Jiran is really stylish ✨Please try the Philando ✨Please try it ♡Oishii desu😋!
Impact: !!!! Really fruity, not like sake. I was surprised. It is so fruity that you would think it was apple juice. I think even people who don't like alcohol can drink it. It is the kind of sake that you want someone to drink and enjoy their reaction.
Philando of Mori Sake Brewery, which brews Hiran.
Winner of the Gold Medal in the Junmai Sake category at the London Sake Challenge 2019 🍶 It is the Pope's dedication sake.
Low al 9%, sweet and sour 🥰.
It's my favorite 🤤.
You can guzzle it by itself.
I drank it while playing LEGO with my daughter😊.
Fruity sweetness and acidity. Very easy to drink, with no bitterness or unpleasantness at all. The alcohol content is 9 degrees. Feels much lower.
This is great.
Even for those who don't like sake, this is good.
1320 including tax (500ml)
This is a very nice 'nama' sake. The natural bubbles are wonderful. It's quite sweet and creamy so it's best as a dessert sake. I really enjoyed it with chocolate mint. But I think any type of chocolate or dried fruit would match this sake well. Chocolate covered dried fruit would be nice too. I will get some the next time I have this sake.
The first FIRAND was the second in a three-drink comparison.
It has a dessert-like sweetness and a hint of acidity. Light and light with a low alcohol content. Suitable for after-dinner drinks.
