FIRAND Yumei Sake
This sake was given to me by a customer at Sake Street Asakusabashi.
It tasted just like a kijo sake.
It is a sake that can be enjoyed in large gulps.
The alcohol content is 9 degrees. It is a perfect dessert sake with an alcohol content of -70.
This is a sake that women and those who do not like sake will like.
I had left it behind for a reason, but a friend from school came over to my house and opened a bottle.
Mio? If it is easy to drink, it is outstanding. You can drink it like juice...! If this were my first sake, I would be mistaken about a lot of things...but then again, this is sake, too.
It's good.
My husband bought this drink for White Day.
He explained that it is a low-alcohol sake made with Kasuga Tanada rice from the World Heritage site of Hirado.
A taste of another dimension!
It is a sweet, slightly sour, fruit wine-like junmai sake. Perfect for drinking chilled!
So delicious!
According to research, it won a gold medal in the Junmai-shu category at the London Sake Challenge and was also the Pope's gift sake. What an amazing career.
I'm very curious about the manufacturing background and the history of the Pope's gift wine, and the label is completely Western-style* I'll drink it like the Pope when I find it*.
Wakata Hello ^ ^.
My wife is very interested in this sake☺️.
I have had Happy New Born from Hiran, but I have not encountered this sake yet.
I would like to drink it if I can find it👍.
Good evening, Miki. I also thought it was wine the moment I received it and drank it without doubting. It's a fashionable label, no doubt about it ✨Oops, I should have drunk it as if I were the Pope....
Good evening, Manta-san. I see that your wife was also interested in this, that's wonderful. Please give her a present! Hiran, it's a hot topic in our house. I need to get my hands on one!
Mori Sake Brewery Philando
Very sweet, like a fruit wine.
It's good before dinner.
I chose this one because I enjoyed the Kijoshu from Mori Shuzo as well.
I chose this one because I wanted to drink something with a similar flavor.
I think I'll keep it in stock for when I want to have a quick sip.
I think I'll keep it in my stock.
The cost is also good!
The first drink I ever had as a gift
When I opened the bottle, I could smell the alcoholic aroma of sake, so I thought it would be clean and dry, but it was bland and ❕
It is more like a lychee liqueur with a fruity and sweet taste.
I thought it would be better as a sour rather than drinking it alone. I thought it would be better to drink it as a sour rather than by itself, so I mixed it with carbonated water and it became a delicious sake high.
I don't think I'll be repeating this as a sake.
