Timeline
superbebeI bought this at Mori Sake Brewery on my last trip to Hirado!
The president of the company was in charge of the cash register that day😆.
He politely introduced us and told us that it tastes best chilled in a wine glass!
Sweet and sour from the aroma
Tastes like plum wine
Slightly sticky texture
A little sweet but not too sweet
Slightly rice bran-like, but you can sense the grains and nuts that only low-polished rice can provide
But still sweet 😃.
Sweet and delicious as a dessert wine
I had it with Nagasaki Fukusado sponge cake a few days ago
Champagne split today 🤣.
Half and half
Pour in a 1:1 ratio
Marriage of Philando and Champagne 😉.
Makes it less sweet.
Maybe just the right amount of sweet 🤔. 遥瑛チチGood morning, superbebe 😃.
I never thought of Philando and sponge cake as a marriage.
Champagne with 🥂 sounds amazing too!
I'd probably drink it with soda at most 😅 superbebeHi, Chichi!
Hahaha 😆😆
Champagne in my house is more than water 😆.
I always have a box of 12 bottles of champagne from Costco because it's cheap, tasty and doesn't need refrigeration! Hiran田縁一献 無農薬有機栽培天日干し田縁米純米 superbebeDen-en Ikken
Junmai-shu made from rice grown in Itoshima using only organic fertilizers and no pesticides!
You can get it only at the brewery in Jiuran or by paying tax!
Light pear aroma
The smell of alcohol is a bit harsh at first
Clear and beautiful acidity stands out,
The sweetness is moderate and close to the image of a dry white wine.
The acidity and astringency that lingers in the aftertaste are especially refreshing.
It is a sake specialized for a mealtime drink.
Today, I paired Nagasaki sake with Nagasaki karasumi (dried young sardines).
I served it both seared and as it is!
In Taiwan, people often eat karasumi and pears together!
I forgot to buy pears, so this time I cut up some leaf garlic and put them together.
Nagasaki's karasumi seems to have a lot of water in it.
Golden color and very beautiful!
Taste is more salty than Taiwanese karasumi
It smelled fresh from the sea 🌊.
I think it tastes best when cut and eaten raw 🤤.
Taiwanese mustard is relatively dry.
Firmly drained of water
It was firm to the touch
The color is quite dark
The taste is even richer
Tends to stick to your teeth when chewed😅.
I like to rub it with distilled rice wine and then roast it over the fire 🤤.
Take sake for example.
Nagasaki's karasumi is fresh new sake
Taiwan's karasumi is hiya oroshi
I guess it's like this 🤣. ゆーへーsuperbebe Good evening ⭐︎
I remember my mother used to serve shredded daikon radish and crustacean together. superbebeGood evening, Yoohee-san!
Sliced daikon radish is common, but shredded daikon seems to be rare 😄.
I've never heard of it.
I'll try it next time 🤤. Masaaki Sapporo7.5 points (Wife driving...)

At Mori Sake Brewery
Sweet grape-like topping
The same fruity aroma, soft rice flavor, and plump sweetness as the topping spreads with citrus-like acidity, and then quickly recedes with a lingering sweetness and rice flavor.
The sweet and sour impression is more like a sweet white wine than a sake. It is more of a dessert sake to be drunk by itself than a food sake.
It was nice to talk to the president's wife, who is the mother of Toji Mori and the proprietress of the brewery, about many things. 遥瑛チチGood morning, Masaaki Sapporo 😃.
Did you go to Hirado❓
Wow ❗️
Hirado is my mother's hometown, but I haven't been there recently, so I envy you👍. Masaaki SapporoWhen I went back to my wife's parents' house, I took the opportunity to visit Sechibaru Onsen and involved my parents in the trip (lol). ゆーへーMasaaki Sapporo-san Hello!
I see you went to the brewery of Hiran. ❗️ I like it.
I'm from Nagasaki, but I've never been to Hirado... I'd love to drink some sake from the brewery next time I'm back. Masaaki SapporoGood evening, Yoohee-san! I like Hiran brand, so I went to the brewery 🍶 The people at the brewery were nice and easy to talk to, so please 👍! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
