ちぇすたーHere is the fourth and final drink!
Tsukumoto is read as "ninety-nine", and as the description says, this sake is made from a special rice called "ninety-nine shizuku" grown by local people 🤔.
I wanted to buy this one too, but I gave up reluctantly because my refrigerator was over capacity.
I felt that my physical condition and liver capacity were at their limits, so I had to leave.
I hope to be in perfect physical condition next year_(:3)_ ちぇすたーHere is the third glass!
It's brewed with HY2 yeast from the brewery and their specialty edible rice, Nikomaru (☺️).
As described, it starts with a fruity ginjo aroma like melon, followed by the umami of rice due to the light nigori, and then a slightly subdued acidity, making it a well-balanced sake 😊.
And I am very satisfied with my favorite sake that has a good sharpness and does not make me tired of drinking it 😊.
I bought this one as a bonus with the advance ticket so I can take my time and enjoy the changes in taste👍 ちぇすたーThe second glass I drank was this one, but I made the mistake of forgetting to take a picture of the bottle.
Unlike the Classic Nigori, it has a strong acidity and gaseous taste, and although it is crisp, you don't get tired of drinking it, and I felt it is my favorite sweet and sour shuwashu sake. ☺️
I couldn't buy this one in the store as it will be on sale soon, but I would like to buy it again someday when it is available in the store👍. 

ちぇすたーThe long-awaited brewery opening at Mori Sake Brewery!
However, it was raining and I was sick with a cold.
The rain calmed down a little in the afternoon, but I decided to drink only the limited-edition brewery-birakihiraki sake.
I knew Classic was only sold in Nagasaki Prefecture, but I had no idea there was a nigori version 😊.
I thought it was a little less sweet and more nigori, with the sweetness and acidity that you can only get from the "Hiramaran" 🤔.
As described, the rice flavor is rich, and it's a refreshing and crisp sake that is perfect for summer. ☺️

Light pear aroma
The smell of alcohol is a bit harsh at first
Clear and beautiful acidity stands out,
The sweetness is moderate and close to the image of a dry white wine.
The acidity and astringency that lingers in the aftertaste are especially refreshing.
It is a sake specialized for a mealtime drink.
Today, I paired Nagasaki sake with Nagasaki karasumi (dried young sardines).
I served it both seared and as it is!
In Taiwan, people often eat karasumi and pears together!
I forgot to buy pears, so this time I cut up some leaf garlic and put them together.
Nagasaki's karasumi seems to have a lot of water in it.
Golden color and very beautiful!
Taste is more salty than Taiwanese karasumi
It smelled fresh from the sea 🌊.
I think it tastes best when cut and eaten raw 🤤.
Taiwanese mustard is relatively dry.

Sweet grape-like topping
The same fruity aroma, soft rice flavor, and plump sweetness as the topping spreads with citrus-like acidity, and then quickly recedes with a lingering sweetness and rice flavor.
The sweet and sour impression is more like a sweet white wine than a sake. It is more of a dessert sake to be drunk by itself than a food sake.
