In the first half of June, I bought this wine while I was in the neighborhood because I heard it was a famous brewery.
The aromatic volume was amazing right after the bottle was uncorked. It is a little sweet. It is totally different from the image I had of sake in the past.

I don't usually drink sake, but I heard it was from a famous brewery, so I bought it on my way to a nearby direct sales place.
I found it to be slightly effervescent, like a thin Calpis soda.
