The brewer is Shiraito Shuzo, but I can't help but get the Sentori taste x2😅.
If you drink it thinking it's Tanaka Rokugo, you will feel uncomfortable, but if you drink it thinking it's Senkou, it's a very delicious sake with a pleasant acidity from the sake brewer.

Japanese sake and food at Miketsubi in Matsuyama City.
The second glass was Tanaka Sentori, a new to me.
