Amazing. Tastes like a dense "experience". The boldness and acidity of the yeast yeast, and the richness of the flavor from the careful squeezing. I don't know what it is, but the balance is really good. The expression "carefully brewed sake" fits well with the taste. Recently, I have felt that Sengoku's sake is too thin, but this one is very dense.

I was a little excited to buy some of the Tanaka Sentori that seemed to have arrived yesterday because it was still available 😄.
Sophisticated and clear taste.
Soft sweetness and elegant acidity.
It's so easy to drink and so tasty that it almost makes me want to drink it all the time, but I'll drink it with care😅.
