Amazing. Tastes like a dense "experience". The boldness and acidity of the yeast yeast, and the richness of the flavor from the careful squeezing. I don't know what it is, but the balance is really good. The expression "carefully brewed sake" fits well with the taste. Recently, I have felt that Sengoku's sake is too thin, but this one is very dense.
I was enjoying the sake over and over again, and I found myself sipping and savoring it, and before I knew it, I had several cups of it. It makes you want to mug it...
