Fukuoka! So this is the Kyushu Brewery Shiraito Shuzo. It is different from the Tanaka Rokugo we just drank! Yeast is amazing. My subordinate, who came late, brought in some food. This is a must have for a night out in Fukuoka. Without it, I might not have been able to go home the next day.

New Year's Eve. I'm going to watch "Fatonda" and relax for the New Year's Eve. Relaxing and enjoying the New Year's Eve. Excellent word sense 🤣. Tanaka Sentori we picked up at the end of the year 🤗. It has a clear, slightly yellowish taste and is full of luxurious honey lemon flavor with a touch of honey! It has a fruity sweet and sour taste mixed with whey. As you continue drinking, there is a slight accent of bitterness. The flavorful, luxurious taste is reminiscent of dried figs, apricots, strawberries picked after waiting for them to ripen, and corks, etc., and it is enchanting 😚. The third one at Wakatake no Mori, not far from the Utsunomiya Interchange.

The collaboration between Tanaka Rokugo's Shiraito Sake Brewery and Sengoku is a must-try. The initial aroma is like that of a modest pear, but when you put it in your mouth, it bursts with a fruity deliciousness that is beyond the level of sake. It looks like a collaboration between Fukuoka and Tochigi. Tanaka Rokugo x Sengoku Sake rice (pesticide-free Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima) used at Shiraito Sake Brewery is transported to Tochigi Prefecture. （The sake mother is made at SENKIN and then brewed at Shiraito Shuzo, an unprecedented collaboration. The brewing process is said to be an unprecedented collaboration. The following is the brewer's comment. First of all, we use Yamadanishiki produced in Itoshima. We made the koji for the sake mother in advance and sent it to Senkou together with 65% polished white rice. After about 30 days of fermentation, the yeast is added to the yeast and the finished yeast is sent to QB Tenor in small batches, which is a rare collaboration. As for the taste, well, I can't remember exactly what it tasted like... Alcohol 14%.

I happened to see Tanaka Sentori the day after I drank Tanaka Roku Go at a sushi restaurant. I would not normally buy this wine at such a low price, but I took advantage of this coincidence and bought it. It is delicious with a mild acidity typical of Sentori and a beautiful flavor typical of Tanaka Rokuugo. I have the impression that the two flavors are not so much well mixed, but rather two stories. Rather than the goodness being diluted by mixing the two, the goodness of both is conveyed straight to the palate. It is delicious.
