Drinking Gifu's Local Sake 2024 in Osaka⑭
Kusudama which we drank at the Osaka meeting with Mr. Jainobi.
I remember the one we drank at that time was quite fruity.
I think it's a member of the Nihon Meimon Sake Kai, but I've never seen it for sale 🤔.
The one I drank was
Kusudama handmade special junmai
Polishing ratio 60% Hidahomare Sake meter +5
The gentle mouthfeel and acidity left an impression on me.
Kusudama Junmai Daiginjo-Namaekiseki Sake 400th Anniversary Sake
Polishing ratio 50% Hidahomare Sake meter +1
I drank this one when I visited again at the end of the day.
It was a bit ordinary for a junmai daiginjo, I would say.
Not impressive, I would say...
