My first Yamatsuru.
No junmai daiginjo feel, quite austere impression.
I think it would fit if it was called Junmai-shu.
I think it would be more gorgeous if it were heated up a bit.

Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store Uehonmachi at the end of the year as part of a tasting. It has sweetness, richness, and a clean aftertaste. It was very tasty.

［We opened the "Summer Sake Set" and Uma Uma Uma and Aladdin finished their drinks, so we decided to order the sake we liked.
I forgot to take a picture of the cellar, but there were rare bottles of "Kuroryu" and "Shinmasa", and although the prices are expensive, it's great that even first-timers can drink ✨.
The top 3 bottles of "Kuroryu" were "Ishitaya", "Nizaemon", and "Shizuku", which are hard to find even in the local area.

This is a Junmai-shu purchased at the end of the year at the brewery. It is a junmai sake that I bought at the end of the year! But when heated up, it was a mellow and full-bodied sake.
The first kanji used for sake is "yama" (mountain), and "tsuru" (crane) is the second most used, followed by "sho" and "mune".
The first sake brewery to use "Masamune" was "Sakura Masamune" in Hyogo Prefecture, followed by "Kiku Masamune" and "Ski Masamune. Other names include "Kiku-Masamune," "Ski Masamune," and "Obaste Masamune. It is interesting to look up trivia about sake🤣.
