Timeline
boukenI bought it with Yamatsuru at Sake Merchant Yori-san.
Abetaya, which I visited before going here, also had a bottle of Shinyomi, but I felt it was too dry, so I passed on it and bought it here.
It has a refreshing taste like a summer sake with a mild sweetness. Although the sake level is minus, the second half of the bottle feels sharp and dry.
It's sweet, but something different.
It tastes better at room temperature when it is sweeter.
I think Shinyun was closed for a few years after Toji Kurose moved to Inada Shuzo and the president passed away, I wonder who is running the brewery now? I don't know who is running the brewery now 🤔.
I know there were fewer distributors around there...
I left it for about a week and the acidity got really strong. boukenBought it with another sake. Well, I haven't had Yamatsuru for a long time 🤔.
I heard the brewery was featured on a local Kansai town show and the online store server went down 😳.
I'm sure they were influenced by Yoi Don 🙀.
Purchased at a sake shop near Yamato Saidaiji station.
A 10-minute walk along a plotted road will get you there.
The brands they carry are
Nara Sake, Gonin Musume, Shunshin, Yonemune, Kurumazaka, Takayuu, Ikegame, Mai-bijin, Miyako-bijin, Amanoto, Manrei, Furozumi, Shirokiku, Asahikiku, Dharma Masamune, Kurumazaka, Tsunekigen, Mizuo, etc.
Obuse Winery's wines are available, but there doesn't seem to be any sake?
Is it a dry sake with a strong umami and extract flavor? When the temperature rises a little, a little sweetness comes out. The sharpness is impressive.
It is not my favorite type of sake because it tastes mainly dry.
There is a graininess and nuttiness. There is a peanut butter or soybean flour-like atmosphere.
I wonder if you can taste the sweetness if you drink it at room temperature.
It's been almost a week and it's become more sour. まつちよGood evening, bouken🍶.
I think you are right, Noboru-san is a very particular store that also carries Sanko.
I wanted to go there after Noboru's 😊.
Even if they did carry it, I think they're already sold out of Sogape 🤔. boukenGood evening, Mr. Matsuchiyo😃.
Oh, Sanko also handled 💦.
I don't think they have sogape in the store 🙄.
The owner didn't seem to like the modern style of alcohol 🤔. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store during the sake brewery tour I posted earlier.
Rarity is a little high. The sake brewery's website lists special dealers.
Cold sake.
Sweet aroma.
Slightly heavy flavor with acidity and umami. However, it is complex with a bitterness peculiar to sake made in Nara Prefecture. It is also complex.
The aftertaste is rather long.
Good as a food sake.
Suitable for advanced sake drinkers. いーじーPurchased at a liquor store I stopped by when I went to Nara on an errand.
It is often seen in Nara Prefecture, but not so often in Osaka, so it is very rare.
It was originally kept refrigerated, so it was served cold.
The color is slightly yellow and there is no aroma.
It is very sour and assertive. The spiciness is also tingling.
It is not for beginners, but for tsu, and quite a lot of it at that. It is not for beginners, but for experts, and it is quite spicy.
Next time, I would like to try it hot. いーじーPurchased at the end of the year in Kansai, my parents' home.
Purchased because it was rare to see Shinomine in a drinkable size.
First, at room temperature.
It smelled like natto (fermented soybeans). It was deep, but not enough.
The aroma changed drastically when it was heated.
The natto-like aroma disappeared and the flavor became fuller.
It is not so dry as to be super dry, but has a wide range of flavors. It tastes a little like sweet potato shochu, and is very tasty and sharp. いーじーToday is my birthday...
Here is the sake for the toast 🍶.
I have 2 more bottles left and I want to take my time to compare them.
Gorgeous aroma unique to Kaze no Mori.
Fresh and juicy sweet taste, different from the Akitsuho and Rohafu that I drank before.
It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity, but I felt the fullness and weight characteristic of Omachi sake. For this reason, I personally have the impression that it is more subdued than Akitsuho and Rohafu.
A woman with a lovely smile came to mind when I spoke with her, even though she was very mature.
It is a bottle that will appeal to those who are into it. Next time, I would definitely like to try Yamadanishiki. ポンちゃんHappy Birthday, Eezy! 🎉🎂
Kaze no Mori, nice toast! Enjoy the comparison 🎶.
I've never had Omachi so I'd like to taste it 😊. いーじーSlightly dry and mild, it has the taste of a Junmai sake without being too heavy.
It has umami and a clean aftertaste. tmnaraIt has the unique sweet smell of fermented raw rice, and the taste is wonderful with the strength of alcohol and sweetness unique to thick doburoku. You can get drunk quickly. ひっさんGood evening, tmnara-san.
I sometimes go to Noyori, but I haven't tried Hyakurakumon's doburoku yet. The newspaper style wrapping paper is very nice 👍 I want to try it if I have a chance 😙.
tmnaraHi-san, thank you for your comment!
I've been living in Nara for 5 months now, and I've been trying to drink a lot of sake, but this is the first time I've come across this kind of sake, so please stop by and give it a try! RecommendedContentsSectionView.title
