Fruity from the moment you open the bottle. Like grape skins. A slight carbonation-like stimulation. Sourness and umami that envelops the nourishment. This quality within a few hours of opening the bottle. It's a good thing it's a bottle!
Today we had Mikotsuru's Kinmon Nishiki 😀.
This may be the last fire-brewed sake before the transition to nama-shu 🤣.
I had a Yamadanishiki Miko-chan a while ago, but I still think I might prefer Miko-chan made with Nagano sake rice😇.
The taste is much more subdued compared to the raw version, but it was still a delicious sake with a fruity feel 😇.
Hi Yasbay 🐦!
Finally, the last one! And the last one is Goko-chan, who seems to be a Shinshu sake lover, Yasubeyesan and his friends😊.
I also prefer Shinshu sake made with unique sake rice ❣️ because it suits the climate 🤔
A little bit of a drink in Fukushima! The train is about to depart, so it's time for the last drink. I was wondering what to do when I found Mikotsuru! I chose this one, and the waiter asked me if I wanted to go that way 😄I did indeed go from dry to fruity (lol), but I wanted to drink it, so I asked for it (lol).
Now the aroma is fresh like apples and peaches. I don't even think it is fire-roasted. The taste is sweet and fruity and delicious. The sweetness is not unpleasant, and the end is beautiful.
This is the best place to drop by in a little time 😄.
Hi Sashi 😃
I could tell from your post that this is a good place to have a light drink or three 😄.
I think it is one of the best parts of having a drink when you go out for a while and find a good place to eat 😁.
Hi Hiro 😄It's really a good place for a quick drink and easy to get into! It's good to have a place like this where you can have a little drink. I found a good place!
🍶🤓.
Fruity aroma is fluffy 👍.
Strong sweetness, light acidity, moderate alcohol ✨.
Aromatic and drinkable sake.
I might want to drink it after dinner 🤗
Yoshimura Sake Brewery in Tsuruma is our summer beer server. They have a great lineup of sake 👏I visited several times and told them I love the slightly gaseous taste and they recommended Mikotsuru which I was curious about so I tried it today 🙌Open the bottle and hit the button: ‼️ It is indeed a very slightly sparkling sake that I love ❤️ with a delicious soft sweetness 🍶 but... the sweetness doesn't cut it.... But...it's not for all time drinking...well, we have a lot of different sakes coming to our house now, so it's in the rotation 🙌
This is the first unfiltered raw sake I have ever tasted in my life. The first sip is fruity and moderately sweet with a sense of gas. The second half of the bottle has a lingering acidity and astringency that rises in the second half. I am very satisfied with it.
Kinmon-nishiki is a very unusual rice. Although it was born about 60 years ago, it has only been used in Nagano in earnest for the past 20 years. Until then, Fukumitsuya in Ishikawa Prefecture protected it and purchased all the rice they used. For more information, please visit SAKE street or other online sources. So, I tend to buy Kinmon-nishiki sake whenever I see it.
This time it is Mikotsuru. Oh, there are cranes here, too. Gokotsuru" is a stable and tasty sake. To be honest, I don't have the palate to appreciate the quality of the rice, but the pleasant muscat-like aroma gives it a superb sweetness. Depending on the accompaniment, it also has a bitter taste. Delicious!
Mikotsuru Shinshu Himitsu no Sake Hanpukai Gold Course - Unoigarami Nama-shu Special Limited Edition - Miyamanishiki Prototype
Rating 4.6-4.7
Rice: Miyamanishiki, Alcohol: 16%, Brewing year: 2024BY, Shipping date: November 2025
This wine has a freshness, but it also has a sweetness and umami. The aroma is of white peaches and green apples.
The convergence is slightly smooth with a dry aftertaste. It is excellent both on its own and as a food sake.
Mikotsuru Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai Platinum Course - Bottle warmed, tightly corked, single heating, low temperature maturation, special limited edition, Gohyakumangoku Prototype
Rating 4.5
Rice: Gohyakumangoku, Alcohol: 16%, Brewing year: 2024BY, Shipping date: November 2025
Melon and muscat aroma. The body becomes slightly thicker with aging. It has a slightly dry aftertaste while retaining a sense of maturity. It is designed as a food wine for fall and winter.
Next, I ordered Gokotsuru, a staple when I come to this restaurant. As usual, it is fruity, aromatic, and delicious. After a few glasses of this wine, the first visit to the restaurant was over. We visited another familiar restaurant in OB.

I'm going to be sober for a week starting tomorrow.
So I went to eat ramen for lunch,
I went to eat ramen for lunch and drank craft beer,
After a break, I went for a 10km run,
After finishing the run, I drank craft beer and went to the supermarket.
I went to the supermarket to do a lot of shopping, and while I was picking out sake to go with my sashimi, I found this one.
A cup of canned sake, not a can of beer
Gokotsuru dry junmai sake
What a nice world we live in!
I wish I could take a leisurely trip on a slow train with a can of sake like this in my hand today!
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice Polishing Ratio : Kake 70%, Koji 60
Alcohol content : 16
Content : 180ml
Production Date : 2025.09
Good morning, Las 😃.
It was an energetic day for you, wasn't it? I really long for a slow drinking train 🚃🥹.
Please stir up your imagination while you're sober 👋
Hi Jay & Nobby ✨
I was abstaining from drinking 🍶🙅 with plans to attend today's event.
However, my kids got sick and I'm staying home 😆.
Now I'm wondering if that will be a good memory too ✨🍶🍶. I feel like ✨🤭.
It has a strong sweetness, but is easy to drink due to its acidity. It also has a freshness that is typical of nama sake. It went well with Thai sashimi.
New sake is starting to appear here and there, so the refrigerator is ready to welcome them!
So, we had a bottle of Mikotsuru's nama-zake.
Needless to say, the aroma and taste are stable and delicious!
The sweetness of the sake varies depending on the rice used... but this "Hitogokochi" has a refreshing umami taste that fits perfectly with any meal.
It's a perfect match for any meal.
I can't wait for this year's new sake 🥰.
