Next, I decided to try a sake with a little more flavor, so I had some Tenka Nishiki, which I had been curious about the last time I visited this restaurant.
And then, I will have Honoka's specialty, 6 kinds of small bowls of food! It's an appetizer and costs 1,760 yen, but it's a must 😁.
Now, how does the sake taste 🍶?
I don't know about the aroma, but it has a beautifully broad flavor, a gentle acidity, and is refreshing and disappears easily. It's still delicious and makes me want to drink it at home ✨.
