Stable miya no yuki. It was served as bone wine for sea bream.
As a side note, it is said that bone wine tastes better the second time than the first time, as the broth comes out better.
It was a delicious sake with a refreshing sweetness. We had it for dinner at a ryokan, and my friend liked it so much that she bought a bottle as a souvenir and drank it in the room as well.
I was told that it is a gem produced in small quantities. We will enjoy it very much.
The proprietress offered it to us at a discount because there were only a few bottles left.â
The sake was clear, slightly sweet, and soft in the mouth.
This sake was given to me as a gift from the owner of a tavern called "Ume and Hibari" in Kumamoto.
It tasted like a white sour, light and thirst-quenching, and even if you are not a fan of alcohol, you can enjoy it. But it also has a strong sake aroma.
It was like drinking sake in a champagne glass.
