It's been a while since I had Hanamura. Elegant and vibrant, with a fruity note reminiscent of a Western pear? Yet its ginjo aroma isn't overly flashy. The mouthfeel is incredibly smooth, with umami and sweetness perfectly balancing the whole. This is truly delicious too. A flavor you never tire of.

I bought a bottle of Hanayuyuu Omachi at the end of the year 🍶.
The taste is soft and sweet like a ripe melon, with the soft umami of Omachi.
It's like a Jyushidai after all.

The sake to end the year 2025 is... "Hanamup", which I have wanted for a long time and finally found!
I will be having the noblest sake of them all 😋.
The aroma and taste are mild and refreshing 🥰, and I have the impression that it is one of the more subdued Hanayuyuu's.
The sweetness, umami, and slight bitterness make the overall taste elegant and mellow without being sharp 😍.
I guess it would be best to enjoy the changes in flavor over two days, but I can't resist 🤣.
