This is the fifth Junmai Daiginjo medley here.
This Hanayu is called Junmai Ginjo, but it is 50% polished. In other words, it is equivalent to Junmai Daiginjo💦.
When you put it in your mouth, the aroma and elegant sweetness fill your mouth. It is delicious!
In Akita, only Hanamariup and Isshaku Suisei use Sake Mirai. I drank both this year. Thank goodness.
Ingredients (domestic), rice malt (domestic rice)
Rice used: 100% Sake Mirai
Alcohol content 16
Polishing ratio 50%.
On Friday, I got information about a warehouse release, so I took a chance and went to a liquor store.
We got it!
Hanamayu" 🍶 Misato Nishiki
I got it for the first time this year and almost got a different sake rice 😋.
I got it early this season😍.
I can't keep Misato Nishiki in a bottle, so I'll have some right away 😋.
The aroma is... more mature this season ⁉️
Or it's still young ⁉️
The aroma of the previous Miso Nishiki was so strong that it was a bit surprising😅.
The taste also feels a bit mature 🤣.
It still feels far away from the fruity and full of delicious sweetness of the previous one 😩.
Maybe I should have let it sit longer...
I'll have to partition it off in the local fridge💦.
Good evening, Mr. Baum.
It's a repeat of Hanayuup's Misato Nishiki 🎵.
The taste and aroma is very different from the last time 😲.
I can't afford to buy it because it's a bottle 💦.
Oh, I also had Hanamup this Friday, but with a different label 😋.
Hi ma-ki-, good evening 😊.
Basically I don't bring 1 bottle with me... but this one is very special and I was a little disappointed that it was different from last time 😅I must have a revenge 😅.
I'm tired again this week.
Work has been pretty calm, but no.
Well, later this week, I had a sweet and tasty Hanamou from Ryozeki Shuzo!
This time it was Yamada Nishiki!
When I'm tired, I crave sweet and tasty sake - I'm looking forward to it!
Let's enjoy it right away!
The first day
First, the aroma. It smells fresh and sweet.
When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness and bitterness spreads.
After that, the sweetness reappears with a full-bodied flavor.
The lingering bitter taste spreads slowly and fades away.
I have the impression that it is a well-balanced sake with a gorgeous sweetness and the bitterness finishes it off well.
However, it feels a little heavy, so I didn't drink much today... I think I'm not feeling well.
Day 2
The balance of fruity, refreshing sweetness, bitterness, richness and flavor is as good as yesterday.
The overall taste is mild and smooth, and the flavor is well wrapped up and blended in. It soaks into the body.
There was no heavy feeling like yesterday, but rather it was easy to drink and delicious, and I finished it in no time!
The change over time cannot be underestimated.
Good evening, ma-ki-😃.
I think it might have felt too heavy for you physically since it's a sweet and delicious type of sake 🤔.
I can't say anything about Hanamup's Yamadanishiki since I haven't tasted it yet, but it's a sign of a good sake that the flavor picks up as the day goes on ✨.
Good evening, ma-ki-San 😊.
Hanamup's Yamadanishiki is sitting in the fridge at our house too 🥰.
I'll take your review as a reference, and I'll consider opening the bottle and letting it sit for a day 😋.
Good evening, ma-ki-san 😌.
Yamadanishiki is delicious 🥰I have some in the fridge too, so I'm looking forward to it 😋.
I'm looking forward to it I'm sure you can figure out how you're doing that day when you drink alcohol 😆.
Good morning, ma-ki-San 😊.
I haven't had the Hanayu Yamadanishiki, so I'm a bit tempted to try it 😋.
I sympathize with you as my health hasn't been in the best shape these days. I don't mind drinking it though 🤣.
Hi ma-ki-San😃Hello 😃Hanamup ✨You opened a nice one 🍾Of course it's good when opened, but some sake tastes better after the bottle is opened and the taste has settled down ☺️I can't wait and drink it up fast though 😂.
Thank you, soumacho!
I see 👀I guess it's easy to be influenced by one's physical condition 💦.
On the second day, it was suddenly so easy to drink that I drank too much 😁✨.
It was a delicious sake 😋.
Thank you, Mr. Baum!
Whoa you got the quirky stone and it's sitting there 🎵.
I think it might have been my physical condition, but I got the impression that it was easier to drink after a day 😋.
If you can tolerate it, please try the flavor change 😁✨✨.
Thank you, Mr. Afio!
Oh 🎵Afio, you have a fridge waiting for you too ⤴️
😁✨✨It's true, it's a common thing for drinkers to feel sick when they feel like they've had a drink 😁✨✨.
Thank you Takashi!
The Yamada Nishiki from Hanayu was delicious 😋.
If you have a chance, please give it a try 😍.
I see you're not in the best of shape 💦.
If you feel like that, you can go back the next day. If you think so, you may go back the next day 😁.
Thank you, Chirsta!
Hanamup, it was so nice for my tired body 😋😋.
Yes, some are good right after opening the bottle, some are better the next day and vice versa, so it's right to drink it while it's still tasty 😁✨✨.
Ma-ki-San, you are in a good mood: 🤴🏻🫅🏻
It's a very popular drink in the aristocracy 🎠we had it before 😌and it was a bit sweet for us commoners 😅but just right for a tired body 🤗.
Thank you, Jay & Nobby!
I was tall enough to try the nobles' sake, and as a lover of sweet and savoury, I was sinkingly blissful 😋.
I quite liked it, especially the second day, Toronto and calm 🤗.
Ryoseki Shuzo's "Hanayu Junmai Ginjo Misato Nishiki Nama Shu".
Hanamura is a sake that received exceptional technical guidance from President Takagi of "Jyushiyo," which is at the pinnacle of sake in terms of both popularity and quality. It has attracted much attention due to its topicality and extremely high sake quality. Everything from rice selection and brewing methods to labeling and naming was supervised by Jyushiyo, and its elegant, clear sweetness and smooth throatfeel are said to be of a notable level.
Misato Nishiki is a thoroughbred sake rice produced in Akita Prefecture, with both Yamadanishiki and Miyamanishiki as its father and mother. To preserve the flavor, each bottle of freshly pressed sake is carefully hand-packed.
The 2025BY Hanayu will be released this season as well, starting with "Junmai Ginjyo Nama Misato Nishiki". It is a gem that combines the freshness of freshly pressed sake with the aromatic and elegant sweetness that only Hanamai can offer.

I think I like it the best among all the Hana Yuups I've ever had 😊.
Hanamura
Yamada Nishiki
Mm-hmm! Fruity! There is a slight refreshing taste!
Maybe I prefer it to Kaze no Mori? Sweet or fruity? It's sweeter than Arufu! It's a bit more refreshing at the end, though!
This popular and hard-to-find sake is made by Ryoseki Shuzo of Akita with technical guidance from Takagi Shuzo of Yamagata's Jyushiyo. It is highly appreciated by sake lovers.
I've let it sit for a bit today, but I'm finally going to try this one🎶🍶.
Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️🍒❔, it smells like cherry🍒❔, apple🍎❔ with a moderate but slightly sour ginjo aroma 🎶✨️😋.
In the mouth, you first feel the mellowness of the water😲😲, then sweetness, acidity and umami😋🎶mmm, this is delicious 🤤🤤, I'm having dark sashimi today, so this is perfect 💕😋.
Good evening, Pika-chan!
I see you have opened a bottle of Hanamaru's Akita Sake Komachi 🎵.
I also had it a while ago and it was a really delicious sweet and juicy sake 😋.
I'm looking forward to the Yamadanishiki that I have coming up 🤗.
Hi ma-ki-, 🌥️
Hanamamu, it's a beautiful sake and delicious 🤤I'm thankful that I can buy it at my favorite store (although it gets sold out quickly 😅) 🎶.
Yamadanishiki looks delicious too 🤤.
