The juiciness, bitterness, and robust umami, the pineapple-like acidity and flavor, the refined sugary sweetness, and the rice flavor that reminds you that sake is made from rice are all present in the final stages, with the bitterness spreading and lingering for a long time. After having enjoyed Omachi Jungin before, this time I tried Rikuwada Junmai Nama, and when I opened the bottle, the fruity aroma...sweetness, good bitterness in the aftertaste...well balanced...it's just great! No bitterness at all....delicious 😋...rather than a food sake 🍶, you can sip this sake 🍶 as it is...with the usual "tuna kamatoro" from my dad's place.... I'm enjoying it...

Thin rose-like smell, apple as the temperature rises. It is thick. There is a sense of sweetness and rice that is not too assertive. When you try to swallow it, you feel as if the taste has disappeared, and then there is a bitter taste on your tongue. I don't know what it is, but it makes my meal go further than usual. It is delicious! Drinking this makes me eat a lot of food 🥗🍣. Day 3. Strong smell of floral blue fruits and a little bit of alcohol. It is thick and sweet, with less bitterness and umami. It has a nice aftertaste and you will not get tired of drinking it.

Hanamura Yamada Nishiki Mm-hmm! Fruity! There is a slight refreshing taste! Maybe I prefer it to Kaze no Mori? Sweet or fruity? It's sweeter than Arufu! It's a bit more refreshing at the end, though! This popular and hard-to-find sake is made by Ryoseki Shuzo of Akita with technical guidance from Takagi Shuzo of Yamagata's Jyushiyo. It is highly appreciated by sake lovers.

I've let it sit for a bit today, but I'm finally going to try this one🎶🍶. Let's start with the aroma 🎶✨️🍒❔, it smells like cherry🍒❔, apple🍎❔ with a moderate but slightly sour ginjo aroma 🎶✨️😋. In the mouth, you first feel the mellowness of the water😲😲, then sweetness, acidity and umami😋🎶mmm, this is delicious 🤤🤤, I'm having dark sashimi today, so this is perfect 💕😋.

Hanamup Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki I was able to buy it for the first time in 2 years 🤩. I got it at the last minute this time too😅. I feel like I'm doomed 😘. Please refer to the repo as my impression is exactly the same as 2 years ago 🙏. Well, it's delicious, as you all know. I think the spiciness like alcohol feeling at the beginning is the reason why it is popular among the experts 😊. If you like sweetness, you should also try it 🙏. The trick to enjoy it is the change of taste on the 2nd and 3rd day 😁. Yum! It's been 2.5 years since my surgery. Although life is normal, there are a few hardships that I don't show everyone😅but I don't know if it's scary or good to get used to it, but one thing I feel keenly is the decline of my immune system💦maybe it's because I'm old🤣. I've been feeling sick since last Tuesday and I've been sick since Wednesday... I slept through Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and managed to work until today, Thursday, but I can't seem to get better 😭I used to get better if I exercised, ate lots of food, and slept even if I had a cold before 😅. I'm thinking again how important it is to be healthy 😁. Flu and colds are going around. Many people on the train are coughing too! Please be careful everyone! Please take care of yourself if you are not feeling well.
