Hanayu Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
The rich, sweet aroma, smooth flavor and sweetness on the palate with a rich, sweet aftertaste.
It was my first time to drink Junmai Daiginjo from "Hanamai" which is called "Ura Jyushiyo" and I was very impressed with its rich and mellow taste 😁.

I discovered Hanayu's Yamada-Nishiki at a liquor store just recently, but passed it up when I saw the price, and I am so thankful that I can drink it here 🙏.
Sake brought in by Luteltemi.
Hanamayu Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki.
Gorgeous aroma that did not disappoint. Rich sweetness and juiciness. The sweetness is quite firm, with a bit of acidity to give it a kick, and it's not too sweet.
It was still delicious.

Fukuhara Sake Shop
Banana aroma. Sticky and sweet with a strong sweetness.
It is not heavy and has a slightly astringent aftertaste and sharpness.
It is a delicious sake on its own.
We enjoyed it with tuna butts, Ippohtei's yakisai with lots of onions, grilled beef bacon, and sumashi (clear soup).
I think its strong flavor is not overpowered by the beef oil.
I would like to try it with sukiyaki, meat and potatoes, etc.
