Hanamup Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
I was able to buy it for the first time in 2 years 🤩.
I got it at the last minute this time too😅.
I feel like I'm doomed 😘.
Please refer to the repo as my impression is exactly the same as 2 years ago 🙏.
Well, it's delicious, as you all know.
I think the spiciness like alcohol feeling at the beginning is the reason why it is popular among the experts 😊.
If you like sweetness, you should also try it 🙏.
The trick to enjoy it is the change of taste on the 2nd and 3rd day 😁.
Yum!
It's been 2.5 years since my surgery.
Although life is normal, there are a few hardships that I don't show everyone😅but I don't know if it's scary or good to get used to it, but one thing I feel keenly is the decline of my immune system💦maybe it's because I'm old🤣.
I've been feeling sick since last Tuesday and I've been sick since Wednesday... I slept through Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and managed to work until today, Thursday, but I can't seem to get better 😭I used to get better if I exercised, ate lots of food, and slept even if I had a cold before 😅.
I'm thinking again how important it is to be healthy 😁.
Flu and colds are going around.
Many people on the train are coughing too!
Please be careful everyone!
Please take care of yourself if you are not feeling well.
Good evening, kozo-san!
I see your cold is lingering 😷.
Thank you so much for your hard work even though you are sick in bed🍀.
I'm getting Yamadanishiki from Hanamup too, so I'll enjoy changing the taste in 3 days 😋.
Good evening, Koizo!
I think the hardship that you don't show to everyone is really very painful. You are a serious person, so you can't take it easy on others. But you need to spoil someone before your heart breaks. ☺️ Please take care of yourself 🥰.
Hanamup supervised by Takagi Shuzo.
This time it is Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki.
Aromatic and elegant. A truly delicious sake with considerable umami and gorgeousness.
Ingredient rice: Yamadanishiki
Alcohol 16%.
Polishing ratio 45
Sake degree -7.9
Nishino
It was served cold.
It has a strong sweetness and umami from the rice, and is full of torque.
Of course, there is no hint of miscellaneous flavors.
The ginjo aroma is subdued, and it is quietly and mildly delicious.
It is like the more you drink, the fuller it becomes,
You can deeply feel the umami.
Delicious!
No photos,
Slept on since July.
Very good sake that I'm used to drinking, stable or otherwise.
Thank goodness there is a liquor store nearby to stock it!
I hope to see you again next year 😊.
Third drink. I was curious about the green bottle on the counter from earlier. Last order. It's been a long time since I've had Hana Yuu. It has a sweet taste, but the umami is very strong. The aroma is also very good. I leave satisfied.
I had a Junmai Ginjo Omachi from Hanamup.
Hanayu is often talked about in relation to Jyushiyo, but having never had Jyushiyo, I could only imagine Jyushiyo while drinking Hanayu.
This year, I got my wish and was able to drink Jyushiyo, so I can compare them for the first time.
This is just a comparison between this Junmai Ginjo Yumachi and the Jyushiro I have had, but is it as similar as it sounds? I am not sure if they are as similar as I would like to think at this point.
If sake is classified into four categories, they are probably in the same category, but if you don't know the relationship between the two, I don't think there are many people who feel they are similar. My impression is that it is a delicate Jyushiyo and a powerful Hanayou.
It has a rich sweetness and deep umami. It has a deep and heavy flavor, but it seems to be balanced by the bitterness and sharpness typical of Hanayu in the latter half.
The Akita Sake Komachi Nama Sake we had previously was a bit gentler and had a milder aftertaste, so it may have been closer to the atmosphere of Jyushiyo than Yumachi. Even so, I don't think it was at the level of similarity.
Even though Jyushidai was involved in the birth of Hanayu, the place, water, and people are different, so I think it would be unnatural for them to be similar.
In conclusion, both are delicious.
