There is almost no alcohol, and the sweetness spreads gently and disappears quickly, leaving behind the umami of the rice.
Hana Yuu was purchased in the summer and warmed up. It has a luscious fruity aroma and a well-balanced mix of sweet and sour tastes. The next day, the bitterness had changed noticeably. This sake is easy to drink and delicious.
