Smells like pineapple. It is delicious. The juiciness, bitterness, and robust umami, the pineapple-like acidity and flavor, the refined sugary sweetness, and the rice flavor that reminds you that sake is made from rice are all present in the final stages, with the bitterness spreading and lingering for a long time. The bitterness accumulates. This is the kind of food that makes a good meal, and when you eat a meal with it, the meal is good!

After having enjoyed Omachi Jungin before, this time I tried Rikuwada Junmai Nama, and when I opened the bottle, the fruity aroma...sweetness, good bitterness in the aftertaste...well balanced...it's just great! No bitterness at all....delicious 😋...rather than a food sake 🍶, you can sip this sake 🍶 as it is...with the usual "tuna kamatoro" from my dad's place.... I'm enjoying it...

Thin rose-like smell, apple as the temperature rises. It is thick. There is a sense of sweetness and rice that is not too assertive. When you try to swallow it, you feel as if the taste has disappeared, and then there is a bitter taste on your tongue. I don't know what it is, but it makes my meal go further than usual. It is delicious! Drinking this makes me eat a lot of food 🥗🍣. Day 3. Strong smell of floral blue fruits and a little bit of alcohol. It is thick and sweet, with less bitterness and umami. It has a nice aftertaste and you will not get tired of drinking it.

It was sticky and sweet, like a flower oup. For some reason, it was not at all bitter, and was very tasty with a sake-like flavor.

It's been a long time since I've been to Hana Yuu. It is a sweet sake, but we enjoyed it with blue crab and bitter gourd namul.

Hanamup's characteristic sweetness tends to be the same as that of Junmai, but it is lighter than Junmai, so it is easier to drink! If you are going to drink Hanamup, this might be a good choice.

I was able to buy Hana Yuu's Aizan, which is released every year at this time, and opened the bottle immediately. Hanamup Aizan Junmai Daiginjo I don't mind buying Hanamup's junmai and junmai ginjo because they are my favorite sweet and delicious sake and cost around 4000 yen for a bottle, but the Aizan junmai daiginjo is over 6000 yen for a bottle, so I'm torn! The taste of this bottle is much more balanced in terms of umami and lingering flavor than sweetness! It is a bottle that has the strength to stand up to strong dishes!

On the first day of opening the bottle, I twisted my neck a bit, partly because of the image of the raw sake version. It tastes good, but I wonder if it is hardness. On the second day, the fruity taste becomes more pronounced, just like a Japanese pear. It's not too heavy, and it's easy to drink. It's also delicious enough to be cooked. ☆☆☆☆☆

It's been a long time since I've seen Hanamup. And it's a No. 4 bottle. It's nice, a No. 4 bottle. When you open the bottle, you can smell the aroma. Yes, this is isoamyl acetate (I learned this from Dr. Google). It's not too strong, but it has a strong aroma. And the taste... A clean sweetness spreads out, with a lingering bitter taste that is typical of Omachi. Yes, it's good! I even feel a sense of transparency when I drink it while eating jalami. This is a marriage (what's up with that today). But if you drink it with a salad (mayonnaise-type dressing), the bitterness is too strong. The acidity is not a good match for me. Now, let's grill the halami again.

Preference ★★★★☆ Hana Yuu Omachi. When I found out that Rikuwada and Yumachi were available in four-pack bottles, I made a reservation and bought them. Sweetness I like as I imagined. Full, thick, robust (I don't have the vocabulary 🥲), sweet and delicious. It was just like I thought it would be - delicious - and it went down smoothly. Surprisingly sharp and crisp without being lazy. Personally, I liked it.
