パパゴンThe aroma is slightly gorgeous and sweet 😄. The first time in the mouth, The first thing you notice is that the sweetness is pushed away by the sourness, The first thing you notice is that the sweetness is pushed away by the sourness, Soft sourness and slight bitterness appear on the surface and then fades away. fades away. After finishing the bottle, a lingering sourness lingers on the tongue, A short aftertaste including acidity leaves your taste buds and your nostrils. It is very good 😆 😋. Immediately after opening the package, I had a strong impression of sweetness. After a few days, the sweetness subsides a little The sweetness has calmed down a little, and the acidity has come out, I feel that it has become well-balanced. It did not go well with fried chicken. but with fresh onion and bonito But with fresh onions🍗 and bonito tataki, It was very tasty 😋😋. By the way, it has a sake level of -7 Comparison with Kouji, Kouji has a more pronounced acidity, Kouji is better as a food sake 😄. Not a food sake 🍶, I prefer Kouji for after dinner, It's a sake to be enjoyed in small sips while relaxing after a meal 🥃. It's also delicious, I personally prefer Rikuwada for the sake rice at the moment, I prefer Rikuwada 😊. Thank you for the food 😋😋😋.

haruComparison with Yoshida Kura The taste is firm! Not quite fruity, but just the right amount of sweetness to make it easy to drink. I am used to drinking sake, and I found it very tasty, and it was also very good as a food sake. My father preferred the Yoshida Kura 😅.

あるでばNotes (see online information) This is a special junmai ginjo made entirely from Miso Nishiki rice produced in Akita Prefecture. As with the previous bottles in this series, each bottle is carefully bottled just after pressing. The sake seems to have been bottle-fired, so that the taste is well-balanced, and the aroma and flavor are full and rich. It has a beautiful, juicy sweetness that does not linger. Ingredients: Misato Nishiki Rice polishing ratio: 50 Sake degree: -6.7 Acidity: 1.5 Amino acidity: 0.8 Body: 15%.

もよもよThis is a seasonal sake from Hanamup. I think the label used to be pink, but I think the red color has become stronger. It is a raw Misato Nishiki sake. As for the taste right after opening the bottle, it tastes quite sweet and somewhat alcohol-like. I find it somewhat brown sugar-like sweetness, which I believe is a characteristic of the individual Hanayuup. After a couple of days, the alcohol-like taste disappears and it is mildly sweet. The banana and apple pie taste is the same as the previous tastes. It is as delicious as ever. It is good even if you drink it by itself. I think it would be better to drink it on the rocks. I think it would go well with white sauce.

たけちゃんねるNice to meet you 🍶. Very good ginjo aroma, fruity sweetness and flavor like pineapple🍍. The acidity is moderate, but it is a very beautiful sake 🍶. Not at all cozy and gentle 🤗. To be honest, I was expecting it to be more unique and punchy 😁.

kazu37A flower oup that never misses I would buy it even if there were only one bottle available! This sake also has a mellow, umami mouthfeel. The aroma is fresh and the taste is not heavy! All Hanamup sakes have a strong umami flavor and are delicious!

宵桜蒼Hanamup Junmai Ginjo Nama Akita Sake Komachi The aroma is typical Hanayuup capsicum 🍍. The taste is fruity at first! The umami taste comes out in the middle, and the acidity comes out in the aftertaste. The taste changes rapidly! The aftertaste is clean, just like the Sake Mirai we drank before! I've been able to buy Hana Yuu recently... thanks to the liquor store.

■大木Sweet and delicious. I think it is similar to Omachi as a type. I had an image of Oumachi as a gorgeous and fluffy wine, but Dewu Sanzai is a bit more robust and has a bit more acidity than Oumachi (I'm not so sure). But that's only in comparison. Hanamup is gorgeous and sweet. It is also delicious. Personal preference: Sake Komachi (sweet and heavy) > Omachi (fluffy) >> Izu Sanzan (a bit heavy and sour) >> Sake Mirai (sharp and spicy)
