After having enjoyed Omachi Jungin before, this time I tried Rikuwada Junmai Nama, and when I opened the bottle, the fruity aroma...sweetness, good bitterness in the aftertaste...well balanced...it's just great! No bitterness at all....delicious 😋...rather than a food sake 🍶, you can sip this sake 🍶 as it is...with the usual "tuna kamatoro" from my dad's place.... I'm enjoying it...

Thin rose-like smell, apple as the temperature rises. It is thick. There is a sense of sweetness and rice that is not too assertive. When you try to swallow it, you feel as if the taste has disappeared, and then there is a bitter taste on your tongue. I don't know what it is, but it makes my meal go further than usual. It is delicious! Drinking this makes me eat a lot of food 🥗🍣. Day 3. Strong smell of floral blue fruits and a little bit of alcohol. It is thick and sweet, with less bitterness and umami. It has a nice aftertaste and you will not get tired of drinking it.

It's Monday and Hana Yuu is open 😋. The aroma is fruity and when you drink it, it has a gentle sweet taste with a little lingering aftertaste and a beautiful mouthfeel. Tohoku's sake is delicious after all! It's refreshing from start to finish. But it has a strong aftertaste, which I like. Sake that has a juicy taste at the end is really delicious!
