Sweet aroma like melon, sweet and bitter with a strong bitterness and sour aftertaste. The bitterness lingers, but it's delicious😋. It's a unique sake 钎It's good as a food drink too. I'm not sure if it's because it's a new sake or not, but it's got a bit of an edge to it.

The bottle was opened without any sign of carbonation. The whey-like smell is gorgeous. The taste is dry and rice-like. It finishes with a sense of rice and acidity. It is a taste you can find when you drink orikara-mi. The sweetness is added by mixing in the ori that has accumulated at the bottom, and it is just right. It is delicious. As you get used to drinking it, it becomes more familiar to your tongue and you can drink it in large gulps, and it is irresistibly good as you continue drinking it. It tastes even better after a year in the refrigerator, but I can't wait that long.

The seventh type of the day. A limited edition sake from the 48 Fishery Store. So called PB, I guess. The sweetness comes first, then the sharpness! It's nice, this kind of sake. It definitely goes well with fish!
