Sweet aroma like melon, sweet and bitter with a strong bitterness and sour aftertaste. The bitterness lingers, but it's delicious😋. It's a unique sake 钎It's good as a food drink too. I'm not sure if it's because it's a new sake or not, but it's got a bit of an edge to it.

The bottle was opened without any sign of carbonation. The whey-like smell is gorgeous. The taste is dry and rice-like. It finishes with a sense of rice and acidity. It is a taste you can find when you drink orikara-mi. The sweetness is added by mixing in the ori that has accumulated at the bottom, and it is just right. It is delicious. As you get used to drinking it, it becomes more familiar to your tongue and you can drink it in large gulps, and it is irresistibly good as you continue drinking it. It tastes even better after a year in the refrigerator, but I can't wait that long.

However, the character changes drastically when you drink it the next day. The gaseous sensation subsides a little and the taste mellows out. The aftertaste is pleasantly intoxicating. The happy festival ends quietly.

I opened the bottle a few days ago and was wondering how to comment on it. When you put it in your mouth, it spreads slowly and feels mellow. However, perhaps the best feature of this sake is that it is difficult to describe its characteristics. It is a sake that spreads more slowly than it is refreshing.

Aji-no-Nomachidaya's "Summer Sake" is a limited edition of Ki no Aji-nomachidaya. This sake is sold in the lingering summer heat, and is a bridge between summer and autumn. Machidaya really thinks carefully about how to sell their sake. It has a slight pineapple aroma. Despite the sweet aroma, the taste is quite refreshing. The aftertaste is also refreshing. However, it has a strong body. It is the perfect sake for the lingering summer heat of September. Seasonal sakes have been coming out earlier and earlier, but I want to drink them at exactly the right time of the year. But that doesn't mean I can go to Machidaya anytime I want... Summer sake in May and fall sake in August doesn't feel right, does it? I hope the weather catches up with us...

It is a special 2022 vintage which is specially made for Taiwan. Easy to drink, nice and fine bubbles. Smooth lactic acid feel with cream and yogurt feel. Little bit of fruitiness as well. Easy to match with meals.
