Banana smell, then more lie on the sourness and umami side. Slight soy sauce and yogurt taste - need to match with some heavy taste food - like those with sauce etc.
Sake shop Masariya hanpukai. happy to drink Takagi, which I was curious about after reading dancyu 😀 The aroma is gentle melon. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness are in perfect balance. It doesn't interfere with food. I could drink it every day and not get tired of it.

This one this time is a bottle I bought with the one I drank the other day.
I went looking for local sake (Fukushima sake) but this sake... 🤔.
I had no time and stopped by a liquor store, I thought it was a "O" which I had never seen before and put it in my shopping cart on a hunch without looking at the label on the back.
When I came back and looked at it carefully, I realized it was not "O" but "Ki" 💦.
Because the lower side of the letter "貴" on the label blended with the color of the label and it looked like "央" 😅 stupid lol
Now for the taste...
From the first sip, the acidity is pleasant and the sweetness is refreshing.
It's well-balanced and easy to enjoy!
And the fresh sweet and sourness is like spring.
