There are several stores that offer sake from all 47 prefectures in Japan (Okinawa's only Reimei is currently inactive in production), but I think I might like this Sake Yume, which has a pretty good selection.
Now, among such sake, Yamaguchi Prefecture.
Ki Special Junmai 60
It seems to be a standard sake, but the quality of Ki is still there. Pleasant acidity and rice flavor. It is a delicious sake with a pleasant mouthfeel.
Rice used: Yamadanishiki (Koji rice), Hachitanishiki (Kake rice)

Sake Yume Shibuya
The aroma is subdued.
The mouthfeel is watery, but soon after, one senses a soft sweetness and acidity. The aftertaste is pungent with alcohol, but does not linger.
