Alcohol content: 15%.
Rice Polishing Ratio 50%.
100% Omachi rice (Okayama Prefecture)
It has a dry, mineral taste. Because it is an Omachi, I thought the umami of rice would come more to the fore, but it gives a dry impression and can be easily matched with Japanese food.
Slightly yellowish color
Slightly peculiar aroma
Only soft rice sweetness, and a clean taste that makes it easy to drink.
Not too sweet, but it melts on the tongue.
Slight bitterness and no lingering taste
Nagayama Honke Brewery
Ki Junmai Honkaku Sparkling
Opened the bottle after opening and closing the lid several times 🍶.
Just the feeling of gas makes me excited😍.
Citrusy aroma with a hint of sourness
The gassy feeling adds to the freshness. The first sip is sweet and sour, light and dry. The bitterness comes a step later.
It is very smooth and the drink goes on and on.
Yamadanishiki produced in Ube, Yamaguchi Prefecture

This is what I stopped posting.
I'm posting as I recall my notes😅
I found Ki at Sumino Sake Shop and bought it! This is my first bottle of Ki myself: ✨️
It tastes like a refined sweetness of rice, but without any strong pungency or bitterness.
I served it with a side dish that had a strong flavor, but I thought it would go better with a lighter side dish.
At any rate, I remember it was delicious 😋.
Thank you for the meal: ✨️
Elegant sweetness and acidity.
The umami of the rice is gentle and gradually becomes one.
Fresh and easy to drink from start to finish.
