I'm going back to my wife's parents' house and my father-in-law likes doshy drinks, so I chose this one.
There is no heady aroma.
There is a slight fruity aroma in the nose, but it is almost none.
It is a clear dry sake with the umami of rice.
It has no gassiness at all and the umami of rice is very effective. It is a perfect match with meat dishes and I never get tired of drinking it no matter how much I drink it 😊.
I've been trying dry sake lately and I think I've grown up a little bit as I can now appreciate a clear dry sake for a mid-meal drink 👀.
