A Junmai sake that is quite sharp with no assertion of aroma or body. I look forward to serving this with sashimi.
It goes well with yellowtail and oily fish.
It was so spicy, but the meloniness that was supposed to be there is now there, and it goes down as easily as water. I love dry sake.
