The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (2)
After the talk event, we went to the Motomine Tsuru booth where Eiji-san had visited the brewery when he was in Fukuoka.
The owner of the brewery, her daughter, and the president of the company were there this time as well.
It seemed that Mr. Iji-san was already familiar with the proprietress, and I was surprised to see how well he communicates with her.
◉Mine Tsuru Rakes Orikarami Nama Sake
Fresh, sweet and sour, but more on the sour side.
Kihotsuru Rakes
This one is juicy, but also has a more relaxed quality that I prefer.
◉greeting
This is a very light and refreshing sake made with Yamadanishiki. The pleasant acidity is impressive and light on the palate.
◉Toutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutout
I was curious about the label of this sake. It is a mizu-hashiroshi, but not mizu-hashiroshi-like. It has a refreshingly strong acidity.
Hiyoroshi
Another sake that does not taste like hiyaoroshi. It has a slightly acidic taste with an astringent and dry aftertaste.
Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku
This is a very clear, mineral, and sharp sake. It used to have a fuller taste than Yamadanishiki a few years ago, but recently it seems to be less full.
◉ Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki
Mineral and voluptuous, with a slightly bitter aftertaste.
After taking two shots of Iji-san and the proprietress, we moved on.

AAJI
Good morning, Nemuchi-san. When I visited the Saga Prefectural Museum of Art, this brand was one of several recommended. I chose Ko-Imari Shuzo at that time, but I was curious about it, so I will try Kihotsuru next time.
