The 8th Osaka Takashimaya Sake Festival (3) Kibotsuru, which Icoma-san has started to handle and I have more chances to drink. Thanks to Uma-san, I was able to drink it smoothly 🙇. We drank Velvet Fire-brewed I drank Velvet raw before, but unlike the raw, it had a calmer taste. Toutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutoutout Mizuhashiro sake. It has been 2 years since the last mizu-hashiroshi. It was delicious, with no peculiar taste, and the mizu-hashiroshi sake had a Kibotsukuru-like flavor. Junmai Daiginjo Yamadanishiki Polishing rice 35%, the one Maru-san drank before. Gorgeous, beautiful and luxurious taste. Junmai Daiginjo Kitashizuku Polishing rice 40% Maru-san drank this one too 😁. This one is sweeter than Yamadanishiki, which I prefer 🤔.
