The sake was named after the graceful figure of a crane soaring gracefully over the mountainside of Kiyama, where the Kiara Castle, a national historic site, is located. The nose is melon, but the attack is sweet and sour and pineapple, with fine bubbles in the glass. It has a full-bodied sweet and sour taste. The liquid is almost colorless, and there are some fine but distinct streaks of legs.
